Nous allons les analyser ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00c9PART NAGE LIBRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019article \u00ab&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/conseils-de-pro\/presentation-du-depart-papillon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pr\u00e9sentation du d\u00e9part papillon<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb, nous avons \u00e9tudi\u00e9 votre technique de \u00ab&nbsp;plong\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb. Placez la t\u00eate entre vos \u00e9paules et<strong><u> choisissez le bon angle d\u2019entr\u00e9e<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;: pour la nage libre, c\u2019est environ <strong>40\u00b0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que vous \u00eates dans l\u2019eau, essayez d\u2019adopter une position efficace, afin que votre corps soit le plus hydrodynamique possible, en exploitant la vitesse que vous avez acquise durant \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s deux secondes.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s \u00e7a, faites 3-4 mouvements rapides de jambe papillon et sortez de l\u2019eau en optant pour un mouvement de jambes nage libre.<\/p>\n<p>Voici un petit conseil&nbsp;: essayez de ne pas respirer pendant les 2-3 premiers mouvements, pour ne pas ralentir la propulsion vers l\u2019avant.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-73360 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/freestyle_angle-700x366.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"366\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00c9PART BRASSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous entendez la commande \u00ab&nbsp;GO&nbsp;\u00bb ou le pistolet du starter, faites exactement comme pour le d\u00e9part nage libre.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir entendu l\u2019ordre de d\u00e9part, poussez en avant comme pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, mais un peu plus haut, afin de prendre un angle d\u2019entr\u00e9e moins aigu par rapport au crawl.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019angle correct d\u2019entr\u00e9e pour la brasse se situe entre 45\u00b0 et 48\u00b0, ce qui permet de descendre plus profond\u00e9ment sous l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Ayant atteint la position correcte, faites un long mouvement avec les deux mains (vos mains sont \u00e9tendues devant votre t\u00eate au d\u00e9but puis le long de vos c\u00f4tes sur la fin), pliez les coudes et avancez vos mains vers l\u2019avant sous votre poitrine au cours de la phase de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, puis faites un mouvement de jambes de brasse.<\/p>\n<p>Quand vous commencez \u00e0 ralentir, d\u00e9placez votre corps vers l\u2019avant et vers la surface pendant la traction, puis commencez \u00e0 nager.<\/p>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation technique, vous avez le droit de faire un mouvement de jambe papillon \u00e0 tout moment au cours de la phase sous l\u2019eau avant le mouvement de jambe de brasse ; pour garder au maximum la vitesse que vous avez atteinte sous l\u2019eau, je vous sugg\u00e8re de faire le mouvement de jambe avant le long mouvement de bras.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-73366 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/breaststroke_angle-700x366.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"366\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un conseil&nbsp;:<\/strong> ne travaillez pas votre d\u00e9part \u00e0 la fin d\u2019une session d\u2019entrainement, mais plut\u00f4t juste apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, quand vous avez encore assez d\u2019\u00e9nergie et que votre concentration est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
