Cela signifie qu\u2019un bon sens de la direction et une bonne coordination sont n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APERCU HISTORIQUE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personne ne sait vraiment comment le dos crawl\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 ; il n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit dans les comp\u00e9titions qu\u2019en 1906 et \u00e9tait nag\u00e9 avec les deux bras synchronis\u00e9 ensemble en rotation arri\u00e8re et des battements de jambes jusqu\u2019en 1914.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CORPS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gardez le corps droit, les jambes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus basses que le haut de votre corps, de sorte qu&rsquo;elles puissent fonctionner correctement. Il est important de garder votre corps mobile autour de l&rsquo;axe horizontal &nbsp;pour assurer le bon mouvement des bras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JAMBES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le mouvement des jambes est similaire \u00e0 celui du crawl, un mouvement de battement alternatif avec vos genoux fl\u00e9chis et vos pieds en pointe. Les jambes ont deux fonctions :<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Stabilit\u00e9<\/strong> : elles vous aident \u00e0 garder une bonne position dans l\u2019eau, contrebalan\u00e7ant l\u2019action des bras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Propulsion<\/strong> : elles fournissent plus de propulsion en avant que les battements du crawl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les bras contribuent majoritairement \u00e0 faire avancer puisqu\u2019ils \u201cbalayent\u201d en deux phases :<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; La phase de puissance<\/strong> : c\u2019est lorsque les bras travaillent sous la surface dans une s\u00e9quence d\u2019extension-flexion-extension. Le bord du dos de la main entre dans l&rsquo;eau en premier (bras tendu) balayant vers le bas \u00e0 une profondeur d&rsquo;environ 45 cm avant que le coude ne commence \u00e0 plier pour permettre \u00e0 la main d\u2019\u00eatre dans la bonne position pour tirer vers la cuisse avant de l&rsquo;\u00e9tendre de nouveau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/strong> : votre main balaie hors de l&rsquo;eau dans un mouvement circulaire de recul (demi-cercle) puis s\u2019\u00e9tend au-del\u00e0 de votre t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPIRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous devriez respirer au rythme de chaque mouvement complet du bras : inspirer par la bouche pendant la phase de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et expirer par le nez et la bouche pendant la phase de puissance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DEMI-TOUR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous tournez \u00ab\u00a0sur le ventre\u00a0\u00bb lorsque vous vous approchez du mur, votre bras pr\u00eat \u00e0 effectuer un demi-tour puis \u00e0 pousser dans la direction oppos\u00e9e. Vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 effectuer d&rsquo;autres mouvements apr\u00e8s le retour \u00e0 la position couch\u00e9e avant de faire le demi-tour. Vous pouvez rester sous l&rsquo;eau sur le dos et les bras tendus au-dessus de votre t\u00eate sur une distance de 15 m\u00e8tres apr\u00e8s le mur, avec des battements de pieds r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s (comme le papillon). Il n\u2019est pas facile de nager sans \u00eatre en mesure de voir o\u00f9 l\u2019on va, mais \u00ab\u00a0<em>la nage est comme la musique : vous ne pouvez pas la voir, mais vous pouvez la sentir<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb [citation de F.
