Comment\u2009? Nous devons \u00eatre notre propre pom-pom girl, notre propre entra\u00eeneur et notre plus grand fan, parce qu\u2019\u00e0 la seconde m\u00eame o\u00f9 nous plongeons dans l\u2019eau, le reste du monde dispara\u00eet et nous nous retrouvons seuls avec nos pens\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>Certaines personnes sont naturellement fortes mentalement.<\/h3>\n<p>Quand tout va bien et qu\u2019on se sent bien dans l\u2019eau, il est <strong>facile de positiver<\/strong>. Mais qu\u2019en est-il lorsque ce n\u2019est pas le cas\u2009? Comment rester enthousiaste quand nous ne sommes pas en accord avec l\u2019eau\u2009? Lorsque nous avons mal nag\u00e9, ou apr\u00e8s des entra\u00eenements qui auraient d\u00fb mieux se passer\u2009?<\/p>\n<p>Le facteur le plus important pour garder la t\u00eate haute malgr\u00e9 des faiblesses personnelles pendant les comp\u00e9titions ou les entra\u00eenements,<strong> est de se cr\u00e9er un environnement positif<\/strong>. S\u2019entourer de co\u00e9quipiers qui vous remontera le moral, ils vous encourageront et n\u2019h\u00e9siteront pas \u00e0 vous pousser lorsque vous vous sentirez fatigu\u00e9. Beaucoup de nageurs vont battre leur record personnel sur une course mais ne seront tout de m\u00eame pas satisfaits car ils n\u2019ont pas atteint leurs objectifs ou leur temps de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Malgr\u00e9 tout, <strong>un record reste un record<\/strong> et il m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre reconnu. Prenez le temps de vous arr\u00eater et d\u2019appr\u00e9cier les efforts que fait votre corps. M\u00eame si vous n\u2019avez pas encore tout \u00e0 fait atteint vos buts, <strong>profitez de l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soyez reconnaissant pour ce moment o\u00f9 vous avez battu la personne \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de vous d\u2019un cheveu<\/strong>, m\u00eame si ce n\u2019\u00e9tait finalement pas la course que vous esp\u00e9riez. Soyez heureux pour cette m\u00e9daille de bronze, m\u00eame si ce n\u2019est pas la m\u00e9daille d\u2019or dont vous r\u00eaviez. Vous devez garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit cependant qu\u2019une mauvaise course ne vous d\u00e9finit pas. Apprenez \u00e0 faire la distinction entre les courses ou les s\u00e9ries. Le fait que votre premi\u00e8re course ne se passe pas bien ne signifie pas que le week-end est rat\u00e9. <strong>Ne vous laissez pas abattre par un mauvais r\u00e9sultat<\/strong>. Prenez quelques minutes pour faire votre introspection.
