La premi\u00e8re peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e avec des exercices techniques cibl\u00e9s, alors que la seconde s\u2019augmente par des exercices sp\u00e9cifiques portant sur la force et sur l\u2019endurance.<\/p>\n<p>La longueur du mouvement est d\u00e9finie comme \u00e9tant le nombre de m\u00e8tres parcourus par mouvement. Tenter de r\u00e9duire le nombre de mouvements de bras n\u00e9cessaires pour faire une longueur est fondamental pour am\u00e9liorer cette technique sp\u00e9cifique. Il existe quelques techniques de base qui peuvent avoir un impact sur ce facteur, comme nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu dans certains de nos articles pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, par exemple les coul\u00e9es <em>\u00ab\u00a0les jambes, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de l\u2019entra\u00eenement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> et la propulsion par coup de pied.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques exercices techniques qui vous aideront <strong>\u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la distance parcourue<\/strong> avec vos mouvements, pour les diff\u00e9rents types de nage\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Technique du papillon<\/strong>. Faites un mouvement de bras de papillon complet aussi long que possible, puis plongez sous l\u2019eau et effectuez 5-6 battements de jambe en essayant de parcourir autant de m\u00e8tres que possible en faisant attention \u00e0 la longueur du mouvement.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-69764-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"326\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Up_down_fr.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Up_down_fr.mp4\">https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/community\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Up_down_fr.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Technique du dos et de la nage libre<\/strong>. R\u00e9duire le nombre de mouvements aux 50 m. Cet exercice est le m\u00eame pour les deux types de nage. Nagez 200 m en tentant de r\u00e9duire progressivement le nombre de mouvements de bras tous les 50 m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Technique de la brasse<\/strong>. 1 mouvement de bras\/2 battements de jambes. Effectuez un mouvement de brasse complet sans bouger vos jambes, plongez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sous l\u2019eau en vous \u00e9tendant vers l\u2019avant puis effectuez 2 battements de jambes de papillon en prenant une position hydrodynamique (avec les bras tendus et la t\u00eate sous l\u2019eau).<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>cadence de mouvement<\/strong> mesure le nombre de mouvements de bras effectu\u00e9s en 60 secondes. Elle peut \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e facilement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un instrument de mesure de la cadence des mouvements de bras. Si vous n\u2019en avez pas, la m\u00e9thode la plus simple consiste \u00e0 compter le nombre de mouvements pendant 15 secondes puis de multiplier ce nombre par quatre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour am\u00e9liorer ce facteur, il est conseill\u00e9 d\u2019effectuer des exercices de force sp\u00e9cifiques hors de l\u2019eau.
