{"id":69768,"date":"2016-02-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-02-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/10-exercices-pour-ameliorer-votre-papillon\/"},"modified":"2016-02-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-02-11T00:00:00","slug":"10-exercices-pour-ameliorer-votre-papillon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/10-exercices-pour-ameliorer-votre-papillon\/","title":{"rendered":"10 exercices pour am\u00e9liorer votre papillon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le papillon est la nage que la plupart des nageurs redoutent, des amateurs aux athl\u00e8tes de haut niveau, que ce soit en raison de la d\u00e9pense d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qu&rsquo;elle implique (plus de 800 kcal \/ h) ou en raison des difficult\u00e9s de coordination.<br \/>\nPour faire face \u00e0 cette derni\u00e8re question, il existe des exercices techniques \u00e0 effectuer avec grand soin.<br \/>\nVoici quelques-uns des nombreux exercices qui vous permettront d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer cette nage en un rien de temps :<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Sur le bord de la piscine<\/strong>: imiter la m\u00e9canique de la nage papillon hors de l&rsquo;eau, faites un battement de jambes &#8211; pliant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les genoux \u2013 tandis que vos mains \u00ab\u00a0entrent dans l&rsquo;eau\u00bb et un autre quand elles sont le long de votre corps (exercice de base avant de commencer les autres).<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Avec des palmes courtes<\/strong> : nager le papillon avec des palmes courtes, en faisant un mouvement de bras pour 3-4 battements de jambes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Un bras seulement<\/strong> : nager le papillon en utilisant un seul bras sans bouger l&rsquo;autre ou en le gardant allong\u00e9 en face de vous ou le long de votre corps. Il est extr\u00eamement important de respirer par l\u2019avant et non lat\u00e9ralement lors de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de cet exercice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Jambes en mouvement de brasse avec respiration lat\u00e9rale<\/strong>: nagez le papillon en faisant un mouvement de brasse avec vos jambes \u00e0 chaque coup de bras, respirez une fois \u00e0 droite et une fois \u00e0 gauche, en essayant de garder votre t\u00eate sous l&rsquo;eau autant que possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Jambes en crawl<\/strong>: nagez le papillon en utilisant les battements du crawl. Essayez de garder vos \u00e9paules au-dessus de l&rsquo;eau lors de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de cet exercice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Entr\u00e9e variable<\/strong> : nagez le papillon en vous assurant que vos mains entrent dans l&rsquo;eau avec une distance d\u2019environ 50 cm l\u2019une de l\u2019autre pour le premier mouvement\u00a0; puis environ 25 cm de distance pour le deuxi\u00e8me et puis ensemble pour le troisi\u00e8me mouvement, avant de revenir aux 50 cm pour le 4e mouvement de bras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sous-marine<\/strong> : nagez le papillon sans la partie a\u00e9rienne (de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration) de la course de bras, en vous assurant que vos bras soient en dessous de votre poitrine et essayez d&rsquo;aller aussi loin que possible avec vos \u00e9paules en poussant votre dos puissamment vers le bas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Poings serr\u00e9s<\/strong> : nagez le papillon avec les poings serr\u00e9s, en essayant de garder vos bras et vos jambes aussi coordonn\u00e9s que possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Bras tendus<\/strong> : nagez le papillon en d\u00e9crivant un demi-cercle lors de la phase sous-marine de la course de bras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Un coup de pied<\/strong> : nagez le papillon en faisant juste un battement de jambes pour chaque cycle de bras complet, en l\u2019ins\u00e9rant \u00e0 la fin de la phase de traction juste avant le d\u00e9but de la phase de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration au-dessus de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>Dans tous les cas, n\u2019essayez pas de r\u00e9aliser tous ces exercices en une seule session, ils peuvent fatiguer les \u00e9paules et le dos, bien que, comme nous le savons tous \u00ab\u00a0<em>l&rsquo;excellence exige de l&rsquo;effort<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb [cit.].<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Vous cherchez les v\u00eatements parfaits pour votre entra\u00eenement\u00a0?\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/fr_fr\/hommes\/vetements-sport-hommes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jetez un \u0153il par ici\u00a0!<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le papillon est la nage que la plupart des nageurs redoutent, des amateurs aux athl\u00e8tes de haut niveau, que ce soit en raison de la d\u00e9pense d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qu&rsquo;elle implique (plus &hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1372,"featured_media":89642,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[10096],"tags":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.14 -
