{"id":69778,"date":"2016-04-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-04-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/10-exercices-pour-ameliorer-votre-crawl\/"},"modified":"2020-05-20T10:22:48","modified_gmt":"2020-05-20T08:22:48","slug":"10-exercices-pour-ameliorer-votre-crawl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/10-exercices-pour-ameliorer-votre-crawl\/","title":{"rendered":"10 exercices pour am\u00e9liorer votre crawl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La natation est seulement class\u00e9e 44e au classement mondial en terme de difficult\u00e9 par ESPN (une cha\u00eene am\u00e9ricaine qui diffuse des programmes sportifs uniquement).<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude des param\u00e8tres sur lesquels ces classements sont bas\u00e9s (la coordination, l&rsquo;endurance, la souplesse, la force, la vitesse, l&rsquo;agilit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;attitude analytique) montre que la natation se trouve juste derri\u00e8re la gymnastique en termes de coordination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La coordination des mouvements<\/strong> se fait par un contr\u00f4le permanent des <strong>muscles<\/strong><strong> agonistes<\/strong> (ceux qui font une action comme plier le bras par exemple) et ceux des <strong>muscles antagonistes<\/strong> (ceux qui l&rsquo;\u00e9tendent).<\/p>\n<p>Il faut une bonne coordination pour d\u00e9velopper une technique efficace et cela ne peut \u00eatre atteint que par la pratique \u00e0 chaque entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p>En gardant cela \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit, voici un ensemble d&rsquo;exercices pour vous aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre technique. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous allons nous concentrer sur le crawl :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. <strong>Un seul bras :<\/strong> <\/strong>nagez une longueur de crawl \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un bras seulement avec votre autre bras tendu le long de votre corps ou en face de votre t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3c4TOTxTzAM\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>2. <strong>Crawl avec les jambes en brasse<\/strong> : <\/strong>effectuez le mouvement des jambes de la brasse chaque cycle de coups de bras (droite et gauche), respirez vers l&rsquo;avant \u00e0 chaque battement de jambe.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/t2rixh5_pMU\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>3. <strong>Poings serr\u00e9s<\/strong> : <\/strong>nagez le crawl avec vos poings serr\u00e9s (variante : d\u00e9marrez avec les poings serr\u00e9s, puis rel\u00e2chez un doigt &#8211; en commen\u00e7ant par le petit doigt &#8211; tous les deux mouvements de bras).<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YqsFf-r9Pkw\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>4. <strong>Alternance :<\/strong> <\/strong>nager le crawl en faisant une pause lorsque votre main entre dans l\u2019eau, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que votre autre main ait rattrap\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re et arr\u00eatez-vous pendant environ 2 secondes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yqhE3qd4s0g\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>5. <strong>Longue godille<\/strong> : <\/strong>nagez le \u201cpetit chien\u201d en utilisant votre bras pour fournir toute la pouss\u00e9e au-dessus de l\u2019eau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 votre cuisse, en effectuant la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de bras sous l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PbK7TWZO-xo\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>6. <strong>Courte godille<\/strong> : <\/strong>bloquez vos coudes le long de votre corps et poussez sous l&rsquo;eau en utilisant seulement votre avant-bras qui \u00ab\u00a0oscille\u00a0\u00bb aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de votre corps pour d\u00e9crire un demi-cercle.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oyt7zZvCyng\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>7. <strong>Godille derri\u00e8re la t\u00eate :<\/strong> <\/strong>allongez-vous sur le dos avec vos pieds vers l\u2019avant et effectuez de courts et rapides mouvements oscillants avec vos mains en faisant tourner vos poignets pour vous conduire vers l\u2019autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la piscine.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wqoGVezFc2c\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>8. <strong>Flexion du coude<\/strong> : <\/strong>accentuez le fl\u00e9chissement de votre coude pendant la phase de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du bras (phase externe) en touchant votre aisselle avec votre main et faites une phase d\u2019environ 2 secondes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/aJFTI7M4MqA\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>9. <strong>Variation de la vitesse de votre bras<\/strong> : <\/strong>nagez le crawl avec 3-4 mouvements de bras rapides puis 6-7 mouvements de bras lents.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nDe53_SMqxA\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>10.
