Elle doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e comme suit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 m avec votre propre style de nage, en commen\u00e7ant hors du bassin, en 1 minute, au rythme d\u2019un 100 m\u00e8tres ;<\/li>\n<li>100 m avec votre propre style de nage, en commen\u00e7ant hors du bassin, en 2 minutes, au rythme d\u2019un 200 m\u00e8tres ;<\/li>\n<li>50 m avec votre propre style de nage, en commen\u00e7ant hors du bassin, en 1 minute au rythme d\u2019un 100 m\u00e8tres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cette s\u00e9rie 3 fois. C\u2019est une s\u00e9rie con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre tr\u00e8s simple mais, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e correctement et \u00e0 l\u2019effort maximal, elle se trouve \u00eatre extr\u00eamement difficile \u00e0 terminer.<\/p>\n<p>Elle consiste \u00e0 faire 6 x 100 m dans votre propre nage, en 6 minutes&#8230; le tout effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 la vitesse maximale, juste 3\/5 secondes moins vite que votre record personnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser ces s\u00e9ries dans n\u2019importe quel ordre<\/strong>. L\u2019ordre peut \u00eatre important, mais l\u2019ex\u00e9cution l\u2019est encore plus. M\u00eame le meilleur entra\u00eenement ne vous aidera pas \u00e0 atteindre vos objectifs si vous l\u2019ex\u00e9cutez incorrectement.
