De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce n\u2019est pas une bonne id\u00e9e d\u2019emmener un nageur au restaurant, car il aime sans doute manger. <strong>Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de nageurs de comp\u00e9tition s\u2019entra\u00eenant (au moins) six fois par semaine, ou d\u2019amateurs qui selon toute probabilit\u00e9 s\u2019entrainent deux ou trois fois par semaine, tous peuvent se permettre quelques exc\u00e8s de table.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/explorer\/activite\/entrainement-de-natation.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-105465 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/food-and-training.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/food-and-training.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/food-and-training-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/food-and-training-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Voyons donc ensemble la relation entre la nourriture et la natation !<\/h2>\n<h3>Pourquoi est-ce si important ?<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous vous \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0 pos\u00e9 la question, alors une simple m\u00e9taphore sur les moteurs devrait vous parler. Que se passerait-il si vous oubliez de mettre du carburant dans votre voiture ? Elle s\u2019arr\u00eaterait rapidement, elle pourrait m\u00eame ne pas d\u00e9marrer ! Que se passerait-il si vous ne mettiez pas le bon carburant dans votre voiture ? Elle ne tournerait pas correctement et il se pourrait que le moteur casse !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notre corps fonctionne exactement de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Sans nourriture, ou avec la mauvaise alimentation, notre entra\u00eenement serait g\u00e2ch\u00e9.<\/strong> Contrairement aux machines, nous avons un troisi\u00e8me probl\u00e8me \u00e0 prendre en compte : le moment de notre \u00ab\u2009ravitaillement\u2009\u00bb. Manger trop t\u00f4t nous fera nous sentir \u00ab\u2009vides\u2009\u00bb pendant l\u2019entra\u00eenement, alors que manger trop tard est susceptible de causer des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019estomac. Recherchez quelque chose qui se rapproche plus de vos habitudes alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19264\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/image-nutrition-e1640078918610.jpg\" alt=\"|\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>QUE MANGER AVANT L&rsquo;ENTRA\u00ceNEMENT DU MATIN<\/h3>\n<p>Une erreur courante consiste \u00e0 sauter le petit d\u00e9jeuner et \u00e0 manger seulement <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/que-manger-apres-lentrainement-et-pourquoi\/\">apr\u00e8s l\u2019entra\u00eenement<\/a>. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de manger m\u00eame un peu avant d\u2019entrer dans l\u2019eau et apr\u00e8s. Vous pouvez manger au moins une heure avant de nager :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2\/3 biscottes ou du pain avec de la confiture ou du miel<\/li>\n<li>1 verre de lait avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre de cacao, ou 1 caf\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ou<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse de lait chaud avec une poign\u00e9e de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ou<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tranche de pain grill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 verre de jus d\u2019orange frais<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>FIN D\u2019APRES-MIDI\/SOIR\u00c9E<\/h3>\n<p>Les centres sportifs sont souvent pleins le soir et apr\u00e8s le travail. Vous ne pouvez bien entendu pas d\u00e9jeuner ou diner puis aller \u00e0 la piscine ensuite, il est donc extr\u00eamement important de prendre une collation <strong>au moins 1h &#8211; 1h30 avant l<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>entra\u00eenement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 morceau de pain grill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 fruit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ou<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 yaourt avec des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/li>\n<li>1 fruit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>QUE MANGER AVANT L&rsquo;ENTRA\u00ceNEMENT DANS L\u2019APR\u00c8S-MIDI<\/h3>\n<p>Dans ce cas, vous avez le temps de prendre un repas, \u00e0 condition de le faire au moins 1h30 &#8211; 2h avant l\u2019entra\u00eenement.
