Adoptez une bonne position de la partie sup\u00e9rieure de votre corps.<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019erreur de positionnement de la t\u00eate en nage libre est souvent li\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>une position incorrecte de la partie sup\u00e9rieure du corps<\/strong> (du cou, des \u00e9paules et du haut du dos). Changez l\u2019angle de votre regard en nageant. Relevez vos hanches.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Le mauvais positionnement de la t\u00eate peut \u00eatre le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une position des hanches trop basse<\/strong>. Pour \u00e9viter de baisser les hanches, le nageur a tendance \u00e0 soulever sa t\u00eate afin de parvenir \u00e0 un \u00e9quilibre optimal dans l\u2019eau. Pour corriger la position de vos hanches et votre \u00e9quilibre aquatique, essayez les exercices suivants :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hors de l\u2019eau<\/strong> : travaillez le tronc comme expliqu\u00e9 dans notre <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/limportance-de-lentrainement-hors-de-leau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent article<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans l\u2019eau<\/strong> :\u00a0Faites des balayages.
