{"id":69830,"date":"2016-05-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/le-5e-style-la-coulee\/"},"modified":"2016-05-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-05-03T00:00:00","slug":"le-5e-style-la-coulee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/le-5e-style-la-coulee\/","title":{"rendered":"Le 5e style : la coul\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le jeune nageur Daichi Suzuki a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sa propre coul\u00e9e \u2018sp\u00e9ciale\u2019 apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part et son virage lors du 100 m dos aux Jeux olympiques de Los Angeles en 1984.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, le jeune nageur a ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 6 mouvements de jambe papillon avant d\u2019\u00e9merger avec un l\u00e9ger avantage sur ses rivaux, tous des nageurs plus forts et plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s que lui.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres nageurs ont alors commenc\u00e9 leur entrainement secret : pendant 4 ans on a peu parl\u00e9 de la coul\u00e9e, mais certains athl\u00e8tes s\u2019y entrainaient dur.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9preuve de dos aux Jeux olympiques de S\u00e9oul en 1988 a \u00e9t\u00e9 regard\u00e9 debout, pas assis. La foule s\u2019est d\u00e9lect\u00e9e des longues coul\u00e9es effectu\u00e9es par les nageurs, lesquelles ont fait tomber des records du monde aussi bien dans les courses longues que courtes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, il n\u2019y avait ni temps ni distance limites pour les coul\u00e9es, de moins en moins de temps \u00e9tait pass\u00e9 au-dessus de l\u2019eau lors des courses. Par cons\u00e9quent, apr\u00e8s que toutes sortes de records aient \u00e9t\u00e9 battus, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de fixer une limite de 15 m pour la coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>De nos jours, effectu\u00e9e correctement il peut s\u2019agir de la partie la plus rapide de la course apr\u00e8s avoir plong\u00e9, nous allons donc voir comment l\u2019am\u00e9liorer efficacement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exercices.<\/p>\n<p>Jetons un coup d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 la technique :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pendant la premi\u00e8re phase de pouss\u00e9e contre le mur, enterrez votre t\u00eate entre vos \u00e9paules et poussez, d\u00e8s que vous sentez que vous ralentissez commencez \u00e0 faire des mouvements de jambes de papillon rapides et d\u2019amplitude moyenne.<\/li>\n<li>Gardez le haut de votre corps immobile, suivez doucement vos mouvements de hanche pour \u00ab\u00a0accompagner\u00a0\u00bb vos mouvements de jambe ; rouler constamment d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autre ralentirait votre propulsion vers l\u2019avant.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s le 3<span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; line-height: 20px;\">\u00e8me<\/span>\/4<span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; line-height: 20px;\">\u00e8me<\/span>\u00a0mouvement de jambe, commencez \u00e0 augmenter l\u2019amplitude de ce mouvement et \u00e0 le ralentir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous approchez de la surface de l\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<li>Brisez la surface de l\u2019eau et commencez \u00e0 nager avant d\u2019atteindre la marque des 15 m, sinon vous serez disqualifi\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Sauf lors du medley, cette m\u00eame technique peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e en \u00e9tant sur le dos \u00e0 la fois en nage libre et en nage papillon. Pendant les trois derniers mouvements de jambe, vous devrez pivoter autour du centre de votre corps pour maintenir une position allong\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cet exercice suit la p\u00e9riodisation habituelle des sessions d\u2019entrainement, de sorte \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper toutes vos techniques en m\u00eame temps.
