{"id":69862,"date":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/comment-realiser-un-virage\/"},"modified":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","slug":"comment-realiser-un-virage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/comment-realiser-un-virage\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment r\u00e9aliser un virage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si travailler sur votre technique de nage est important, il est tout autant essentiel pour qu\u2019une s\u00e9ance d\u2019entrainement soit efficace de bien veiller \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait quasiment aucune interruption lors des virages.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de parfaire cette technique nous allons jeter un \u0153il aux m\u00e9thodes impliquant une culbute, soit la nage libre et la nage dos.<\/p>\n<p>En nage libre la r\u00e8gle est simple : quand vous r\u00e9alisez votre virage, vous devez toucher le mur du bassin avec une partie de votre corps.<\/p>\n<p>De toute \u00e9vidence, toucher le mur avec votre main puis placer vos pieds contre ce dernier pour pousser s\u2019av\u00e8re beaucoup plus lent que de faire une culbute, nous allons donc examiner de plus pr\u00e8s cette technique.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-50191\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/ARENA_turn_blog.gif\" alt=\"ARENA_turn_blog\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Nagez jusqu\u2019au mur en surveillant la ligne noire au fond de la piscine ; au moment d\u2019atteindre le T (ou un mouvement apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir atteint, selon votre taille et votre vitesse) faites un \u00bd mouvement puis laissez une main tendue le long de votre corps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Dans le m\u00eame temps, pliez le cou vers l\u2019avant afin de rapprocher votre menton de votre poitrine, placez votre autre bras le long de votre corps et tournez les paumes des mains vers le haut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> En poussant avec vos mains vers le haut, effectuez une culbute en vous pliant vers le bas avec votre poitrine et remontez vos genoux vers votre ventre. Pendant que vous faites \u00e7a, faites tourner votre corps sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 afin de vous retrouver un peu plus en position couch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Placez vos pieds contre le mur, poussez vers l\u2019avant pour finir la rotation, gardez vos bras \u00e9tendus bien en face de vous et laissez votre t\u00eate entre vos \u00e9paules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Frappez avec vos jambes, remontez \u00e0 la surface et nagez sans respirer pendant votre premier mouvement de bras.<\/p>\n<p>Le virage en dos est tr\u00e8s similaire, avec quelques diff\u00e9rences induites par les r\u00e8gles et par le fait que vous nagez sur le dos.
