Si vous ne connaissez pas votre fr\u00e9quence cardiaque maximale, travaillez \u00e0 une intensit\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle votre visage devient \u00ab rose \u00bb sans virer \u00ab rouge \u00bb. Votre visage doit garder la m\u00eame couleur et vous devrez \u00eatre capable de parler sans trop de difficult\u00e9 pendant les phases de repos.<\/p>\n<p>Voici deux m\u00e9thodes d\u2019entrainement que nous recommandons pour augmenter l\u2019endurance :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Entrainement en endurance<\/strong> : il s\u2019agit de nager longtemps, sans pauses. Cet exercice doit durer au total plus de 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Les nageurs amateurs et m\u00eame les nageurs plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s qui sont essentiellement des sprinteurs doivent r\u00e9aliser des s\u00e9ries longues, mais pas trop longues, peut-\u00eatre en les r\u00e9p\u00e9tant 2 ou 3 fois.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019intensit\u00e9 de cet exercice doit \u00eatre mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, mais il est \u00e9galement recommand\u00e9 d\u2019ajouter une petite quantit\u00e9 de travail sur la vitesse avec des sprints occasionnels sans s\u2019arr\u00eater, afin d\u2019apporter les changements souhait\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de votre syst\u00e8me nerveux et hormonal.<\/p>\n<p>Voici 3 m\u00e9thodes d\u2019entra\u00eenement en endurance :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"233\">M\u00c9THODE D\u2019ENTRAINEMENT<\/td>\n<td width=\"169\">TEMPS DE R\u00c9CUP.<\/td>\n<td width=\"186\">TYPE DE NAGEUR<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"233\">2 x 1,5 km ou 1 x 3 km (10 sec sprint\u00a0chaque 7 min nage)<\/td>\n<td width=\"169\">45 sec et 0<\/td>\n<td width=\"186\">Nageur Distance<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"233\">3 x 500 m ou 4 x 400 m (10 sec sprint 2x par set)<\/td>\n<td width=\"169\">30 sec<\/td>\n<td width=\"186\">Sprinteurs Confirm\u00e9s<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"233\">4 X 300 m ou 3 x 400 m (10 sec sprint 1-2 fois par set)<\/td>\n<td width=\"169\">45 sec<\/td>\n<td width=\"186\">Nageur Amateur<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me d\u2019entrainement donne une \u00e9norme impulsion \u00e0 votre syst\u00e8me de transport d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne, il augmente votre d\u00e9bit cardiaque, il ralentit votre pouls au repos et augmente votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 extraire l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne depuis l\u2019air que vous inspirez dans vos poumons. Il augmente \u00e9galement la capacit\u00e9 de stockage de glycog\u00e8ne de votre foie et de vos muscles, il augmente la taille de votre mitochondrie (alimentation en \u00e9nergie) et sa composition en fibres musculaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
