Bien maitris\u00e9, bien effectu\u00e9, il fait gagner du temps en favorisant la relance et permet d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer sensiblement sa vitesse. Il existe 2 types de virages : les virages culbutes pour le crawl et le dos, et les virages \u00e0 mains pour le papillon et la brasse. Il est important pour les jeunes nageurs, d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es d\u2019entrainement, d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 bien maitriser les diff\u00e9rentes phases du virage.<\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rentes phases du virage \u00e0 mains<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. L\u2019approche<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il faut avoir une bonne vitesse en arrivant sur le mur pour que le virage soit rapide. C\u2019est l\u2019avant dernier cycle de nage qui doit \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 pour pouvoir arriver au mur en acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration sur un dernier cycle de nage complet.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-18154 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/The-Approach.jpg\" alt=\"The Approach\" width=\"623\" height=\"351\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. La prise d\u2019appui des mains au mur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La t\u00eate reste bien \u00e9tir\u00e9e dans l\u2019axe du corps et les mains absorbent le mur en souplesse. Un bras s\u2019efface dans l\u2019eau pendant que l\u2019autre apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 une pouss\u00e9e quitte le mur. La t\u00eate qui se redresse, le tronc et les jambes restent dans le m\u00eame axe en basculant sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9. La bascule permet de ramener les jambes au mur et de replacer les mains sur l\u2019avant. La prise d\u2019appui des pieds au mur et la pouss\u00e9e<\/strong><br \/>\nLa prise d\u2019appui s\u2019effectue en souplesse quand le corps se retrouve align\u00e9 et parall\u00e8le \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019eau. La pouss\u00e9 intervient aussit\u00f4t apr\u00e8s le contact et doit \u00eatre progressive et explosive. Swimming has really complemented my sporting career, I am completely hooked on it. I love the technique, stamina , motivation, speed, power and flexibility required for it.
