Le but est de vous motiver \u00e0 travailler dur pendant la phase de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Vous aurez beaucoup d\u2019exercices \u00e0 faire apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration, avec un effort en augmentation progressive.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la troisi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape, vous consoliderez les r\u00e9sultats obtenus et vous deviendrez suffisamment ind\u00e9pendant.<\/p>\n<p><u>Exemple d\u2019exercice pour les op\u00e9rations de cartilage :<\/u><\/p>\n<p>En vous appuyant contre le mur du grand bassin, dans une position verticale et avec un flotteur sous vos bras, pliez votre jambe bless\u00e9e vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re \u00e0 un angle maximal de 90\u00b0 puis redressez-la \u00e0 nouveau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle revienne \u00e0 sa position de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/1&Prime;][vc_video link=\u00a0\u00bbhttps:\/\/youtu.be\/REXInmpBntU\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Le GROUPE B comprend le traitement des fractures, les luxations des articulations, les blessures musculaires et les tendons endommag\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les objectifs pendant la phase postop\u00e9ratoire sont les m\u00eames que ceux \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s pour les blessures du groupe A, il en est de m\u00eame pour la phase de suivi.<\/p>\n<p><u>Exemple d\u2019exercice pour les l\u00e9sions des membres sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter au cours de la phase de suivi :<\/u><\/p>\n<p>En vous tenant \u00e0 la verticale avec vos bras le long de vos c\u00f4t\u00e9s, soulevez votre bras bless\u00e9, gardez-le \u00e9tendu, d\u2019abord jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90\u00b0, puis 180\u00b0, revenez \u00e0 la position de d\u00e9part puis d\u00e9placez-le vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re \u00e0 un angle de 50\u00b0. Vous aurez des exercices passifs et actifs pour \u00e9tirer votre dos.<\/p>\n<p><u>Exemple d\u2019exercice de relaxation pour les l\u00e9sions m\u00e9dullaires et\/ou les disques d\u00e9plac\u00e9s :<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Pendant que vous serez allong\u00e9 sur le dos dans une position totalement d\u00e9tendue, flottant dans l\u2019eau, votre th\u00e9rapeute placera un tube flottant sous votre genou (creux du genou) et un autre sous votre cou qui devra \u00eatre \u00e9tir\u00e9 face vers le haut, afin d\u2019enlever du poids de votre colonne vert\u00e9brale.<\/p>\n<p>Cet exercice est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s utile pour les femmes enceintes et permet de d\u00e9tendre pleinement les muscles dorsaux, lombaires et ceux du cou.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-51801\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/M11W2_gruppoC-1.jpg\" alt=\"M11W2_gruppoC\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Le Groupe D comprend l\u2019arthrose et l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 est de rester aussi actif que possible pendant la phase de suivi sans s\u2019infliger trop de douleur. Comme indiqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, l\u2019eau peut \u00eatre extr\u00eamement utile \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, vous permettant d\u2019effectuer des exercices simples, mais extr\u00eamement efficaces. Les exercices peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9compos\u00e9s en parties s\u00e9par\u00e9es \u2014 et donc cibler une partie de votre corps \u2014 ou \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s dans leur int\u00e9gralit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><u>Exemple d\u2019exercice visant \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler le mouvement et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre :<\/u><\/p>\n<p>En vous tenant debout dans une position verticale avec vos bras grand ouverts et reposant sur des flotteurs, avec vos pieds sur une planche, maintenez vos genoux pli\u00e9s \u00e0 un angle de 90\u00b0.
