En fait, l&rsquo;effort pour maintenir notre corps dans une position parfaitement horizontale, de sorte qu&rsquo;il soit hydrodynamique, doit \u00eatre contrebalanc\u00e9 par le fait que cette position signifie que nos jambes sont trop \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si vous avez la chance d&rsquo;\u00eatre film\u00e9 pendant que vous nagez le dos crawl\u00e9, vous serez en mesure de voir que votre corps est plus bas dans l&rsquo;eau que pour le crawl classique.<\/strong> Voil\u00e0 pourquoi il est souvent dit que le dos crawl\u00e9 est nag\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;eau et non pas sur l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>La correction de cette erreur conduit souvent \u00e0 une seconde \u00ab\u00a0impr\u00e9cision\u00a0\u00bb : permettant au bas de votre corps de plonger plus bas que vos pieds, de sorte que vous \u00eates dans la soi-disant \u00abposition assise\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHANGEONS NOTRE POSITION<\/strong> &#8211; Sur les deux erreurs, la deuxi\u00e8me vous ralentit beaucoup plus, mais c\u2019est aussi la plus facile \u00e0 corriger : il suffit d&rsquo;augmenter la vitesse de votre coup de pied et de d\u00e9placez votre menton vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re de quelques centim\u00e8tres et le probl\u00e8me est r\u00e9solu !<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autre part, s\u2019assurer que votre corps est moins sur la surface de l&rsquo;eau exige un plus grand effort. Voici quelques conseils \u00e0 suivre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ramenez votre menton quelques centim\u00e8tres plus pr\u00e8s de votre poitrine<\/li>\n<li>Essayez de ne pas pousser vers le bas avec votre main pendant la phase de traction, en essayant de trouver la bonne profondeur de mouvement de bras d\u00e8s que votre main entre dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenez un mouvement de bras fluide essayant de tourner et pousser avec votre bras autant que possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Comme nous l&rsquo;avons mentionn\u00e9, en plus de vous ralentir, ces erreurs de position annulent la pouss\u00e9e de vos jambes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour nous assurer que nos jambes nous aident \u00e0 \u00e9viter ces erreurs, il faut s\u2019entrainer \u00e0 battre des pieds dans toutes les positions, \u00e0 la fois vers le haut et lat\u00e9ralement.
