Au contraire, ils consid\u00e8rent cette comparaison presque comme humiliante. Ils se voient comme des coureurs et m\u00eame plus encore comme des cyclistes, mais pas comme des nageurs. Le probl\u00e8me c\u2019est que pour vous am\u00e9liorer en natation, vous devez avoir l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit et la routine d\u2019entra\u00eenement d\u2019un nageur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La natation implique des comp\u00e9tences plus techniques et plus de sensations de base que les deux autres disciplines du triathlon.<\/strong> Apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer son corps dans l\u2019eau, \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la train\u00e9e, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer son coup de jambe, \u00e0 faire les demi-tours, tout ceci repr\u00e9sente autant de facteurs qu\u2019un triathl\u00e8te doit prendre en compte avant de \u00ab\u00a0snober\u00a0\u00bb cette partie du triathlon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le deuxi\u00e8me aspect auquel les athl\u00e8tes devraient r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir soigneusement, c\u2019est la technique de nage.<\/strong> L\u2019eau est environ 700 fois plus dense que l\u2019air, ce qui signifie que toute erreur technique commise dans l\u2019eau sera extr\u00eamement co\u00fbteuse. On s\u2019imagine souvent que la nage libre exige moins d\u2019attention que les autres styles de nage, c\u2019est une grave erreur, \u00e0 la fois pour les triathl\u00e8tes les plus lents que pour les plus rapides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9 c\u2019est le type de conditionnement physique que vous apporte la natation.<\/strong> La natation d\u00e9veloppe mieux votre syst\u00e8me a\u00e9robique que la course ou le v\u00e9lo. Ce type de conditionnement a\u00e9robique profite aux trois sports. Malgr\u00e9 \u00e7a, la plupart des triathl\u00e8tes consacrent \u00e0 peine plus de trois heures par semaine \u00e0 la natation.<\/p>\n<p>Sachant que les distances \u00e0 nager dans un triathlon vont de 750 m dans l\u2019\u00e9preuve de sprint \u00e0 3900 m dans un Ironman, vous devez consacrer beaucoup plus de temps \u00e0 nager si vous souhaitez r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9preuve de natation satisfaisante. Au moins le double d\u2019heures (environ 6 heures par semaine), pendant lesquelles vous devez travailler sur votre technique et d\u00e9velopper un bon rythme de course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enfin, la respiration.<\/strong> C\u2019est souvent un probl\u00e8me majeur pour de nombreux triathl\u00e8tes. Mis \u00e0 part les erreurs les plus courantes concernant la position de la t\u00eate, des \u00e9paules et du corps pendant la phase de respiration, le principal probl\u00e8me c\u2019est que de nombreux triathl\u00e8tes nagent dans un \u00e9tat hypoxique\u00a0! L\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne est vital pour n\u2019importe quel athl\u00e8te, plus encore pendant les comp\u00e9titions lors des courses tr\u00e8s longues.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous inspirez et expirez environ 50 \u00e0 60 fois par minute pendant l\u2019\u00e9preuve de v\u00e9lo et de course \u00e0 pied, \u00e7a n\u2019aurait aucun sens, en tant que triathl\u00e8te, de r\u00e9duire drastiquement votre rythme de respiration en nageant. Il vous suffit de respirer une fois tous les deux mouvements pour vous assurer que votre respiration stimule r\u00e9ellement l\u2019\u00e9preuve de natation. Certains triathl\u00e8tes, qui sont des nageurs particuli\u00e8rement bons, respirent \u00e0 chaque mouvement afin de donner le bon rythme et d\u2019adopter la bonne technique pour l\u2019\u00e9preuve de natation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mon dernier conseil c\u2019est de suivre les conseils d\u2019un entra\u00eeneur<\/strong> qui sera en mesure de vous dire exactement quoi faire. Malheureusement les vid\u00e9os ne suffisent pas pour vous aider \u00e0 corriger les d\u00e9fauts techniques. Il faut un \u0153il exerc\u00e9, qui pourra voir ce que vous devez travailler pour am\u00e9liorer votre technique de nage et votre vitesse.
