Pour avoir un rep\u00e8re sur sa vitesse d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, on prend un temps entre la touche des 2 mains au mur et le dernier pied \u00e0 quitter le mur apr\u00e8s la pouss\u00e9e. During my youth, I spent six years as a speed skater, and later went on to enjoy biking, running, skydiving and diving (PADI Divemaster). Swimming has really complemented my sporting career, I am completely hooked on it. I love the technique, stamina , motivation, speed, power and flexibility required for it.
