Les sprints seront initialement de 15 m puis vous pourrez allez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 25 m. Concentrez-vous \u00e0 la fois sur la phase de propulsion ainsi que sur la vitesse du mouvement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cet exercice aussi, une fois la saison est en cours, nous utilisons soit un parachute soit un T-shirt pour cr\u00e9er un effet de ralentissement. Cela permet de se concentrer davantage sur la force dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Papillon avec repos<\/h3>\n<div class=\"video-container\" style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; padding-top: 30px; height: 0; overflow: hidden;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pB6pysL4gds\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>Flexion\/Extension arm exercises to the ceiling, to the sides and to the front.<\/div>\n<p>Nous conseillons d&rsquo;effectuer cet exercice avec un tuba et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/006835-freeflow-pullbuoy-ii.html\">pullbuoy<\/a>.
