Tout le monde ne peut donc pas \u00e0 la fois nager et s\u2019entrainer sp\u00e9cifiquement hors de l\u2019eau. La plupart des gens n\u2019ont probablement que quelques heures libres par semaine et doivent choisir entre la piscine ou la salle de gym.<\/p>\n<p>Donc si vous \u00eates parmi ces personnes, cet article est fait pour vous. \u00c0 partir d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, nous pr\u00e9senterons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des sessions d\u2019entrainement con\u00e7ues pour les personnes \u00e0 court de temps ou pour ceux qui veulent nager et faire du fitness pour rester en forme. Ces sessions contiennent des exercices de fitness aussi bien dans et hors de l\u2019eau, ou des exercices qui impliquent la natation soit comme exercice soit comme coupure entre les exercices. Pour les exercices hors de l\u2019eau, nous conseillons d\u2019utiliser un tapis.<\/p>\n<p>La session d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui commence par un \u00e9chauffement hors de l\u2019eau pour faire travailler vos \u00e9paules, vos bras et vos jambes.
