Nage libre avec un seul bras.<\/strong> Comme nous l\u2019avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu, la nage libre avec un seul bras est un exercice cl\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer votre technique. Dans cet exercice, le Pull kick Pro est utilis\u00e9 comme support avant, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire comme une planche.<\/p>\n<p>Tenez le Pull kick Pro dans les deux mains et essayez de garder un parfait alignement du corps. Commencez \u00e0 tirer vers le bas avec un bras et respirez lorsque votre main arrive au-dessous de votre \u00e9paule.
