Les journ\u00e9es sont trop courtes, on est toujours press\u00e9 et on ne s\u2019offre un long repos qu\u2019avant une course ou un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sp\u00e9cial. Le sommeil est absolument vital et joue <strong>un r<\/strong><strong>\u00f4<\/strong><strong>le crucial dans nos performances sportives.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le temps de sommeil dont nous avons besoin est une question subjective qui d<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>pend de beaucoup de facteurs diff<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>rents.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord de notre m\u00e9tabolisme, mais aussi de la dur\u00e9e de repos \u00e0 laquelle on est habitu\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e des entra\u00eenements.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mais pourquoi le sommeil est-il si important pour s<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>entrainer correctement<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>?<\/em> Le sommeil permet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ses forces, il apporte \u00e0 l\u2019organisme le temps dont il a besoin pour produire l\u2019hormone de croissance n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9parer les tissus endommag\u00e9s et aide aussi \u00e0 d\u00e9tendre l\u2019esprit, un facteur cl\u00e9 dans la concentration. Mais tout le monde n\u2019a pas suffisamment de temps pour cette activit\u00e9 physiologique\u00a0: on dort mal et pas assez longtemps, on se sent fatigu\u00e9, m\u00eame avant de commencer l\u2019entra\u00eenement et on finit par s\u2019effondrer sur le canap\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une session, cr\u00e9ant un cercle vicieux de nuits sans sommeil ou avec un sommeil agit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si faire une courte sieste avant ou apr\u00e8s l\u2019entra\u00eenement nous rend apathiques et affecte notre quotidien, il est vital de dormir correctement et surtout de consacrer un temps suffisant au sommeil<strong>. <\/strong><strong>\u00c0<\/strong><strong> cet <\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>gard, dormir le m<\/strong><strong>\u00ea<\/strong><strong>me nombre d<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>heures chaque jour peut vraiment s<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>av<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>rer utile<\/strong>, tout comme se coucher \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure chaque jour, car la mise en place d\u2019une telle routine aidera notre corps \u00e0 savoir exactement quand il a besoin de se reposer. Ne pas le faire se traduira par des sympt\u00f4mes de d\u00e9calage horaire en permanence. Veiller \u00e0 ne pas s\u2019entrainer trop tard dans la journ\u00e9e aide \u00e9galement \u00e0 mieux se d\u00e9tendre, car les endorphines lib\u00e9r\u00e9es durant l\u2019entra\u00eenement rendent \u00e9nerv\u00e9 et agit\u00e9 m\u00eame une fois la s\u00e9ance termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donc maintenant c<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>est <\/strong><strong>\u00e0<\/strong><strong> vous de d<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>cider le temps de sommeil dont vous avez besoin.<\/strong> Vous pouvez faire \u00e7a lorsque vous \u00eates en vacances en allant dormir \u00e0 l\u2019heure habituelle, sans mettre le r\u00e9veil le lendemain matin et simplement vous r\u00e9veiller naturellement lorsque votre corps se sentira pr\u00eat.
