Le CrossFit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le CrossFit pourrait-il \u00eatre utile pour un nageur ? Oui MAIS\u2026. Mais d&rsquo;abord, expliquons de quoi il s&rsquo;agit.<\/p>\n<p>Le CrossFit est apparu en 2000 et est maintenant un sport de comp\u00e9tition largement pratiqu\u00e9 dans le monde entier qui fait partie int\u00e9grante du monde du fitness.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entra\u00eenement implique toutes sortes d&rsquo;exercices diff\u00e9rents : exercices de poids corporel, exercices utilisant des \u00e9quipements comme des ballons de m\u00e9decine ou des kettlebells (ou girevoy), et m\u00eame des exercices d&rsquo;halt\u00e9rophilie olympique. Tous les exercices stimulent diff\u00e9rents groupes musculaires et s\u2019appuient sur la force des muscles profonds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tous ces exercices sont habituellement combin\u00e9s en s\u00e9ries cr\u00e9ant des s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement de haute intensit\u00e9 appel\u00e9es WOD.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les WODs (s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement de la journ\u00e9e) sont souvent chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9es, de sorte que chaque s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement se transforme en une sorte de comp\u00e9tition contre vous-m\u00eame. Il existe de nombreuses similitudes avec la natation, notamment dans l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;ensembles d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement ax\u00e9s sur la vitesse, l&rsquo;endurance de vitesse et la capacit\u00e9 a\u00e9robie \/ ana\u00e9robie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les points \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s ci-dessus sont les avantages du CrossFit par rapport \u00e0 la natation.<\/strong> Il existe des similitudes flagrantes et il pourrait donc s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;un entra\u00eenement vraiment fonctionnel pour un nageur !<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, quand il ya des avantages il y a in\u00e9vitablement des inconv\u00e9nients qui doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s. Les voici :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parfois, la charge de formation interne d&rsquo;un exercice donn\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas suffisamment pr\u00e9cise ou n&rsquo;est pas suffisamment prise en compte.<\/strong> Pour expliquer ce qu&rsquo;est une charge de formation interne, imaginez que vous ayez deux personnes devant vous, l&rsquo;une form\u00e9e et l&rsquo;autre non form\u00e9e. Ils sont tous deux invit\u00e9s \u00e0 soulever un poids de 50 kg. 50 kg est la charge d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement externe (objectif). Une personne entra\u00een\u00e9e aura une charge interne inf\u00e9rieure (subjective) d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, car il sera plus facile pour eux de lever ce poids. Certains WOD ne tiennent pas compte de cela, car ils ont des charges de formation externes standard, ne diff\u00e9rant que pour les hommes et les femmes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les exercices ne sont pas faciles.<\/strong> Les mouvements \u00e0 effectuer sont souvent compliqu\u00e9s et la technique est extr\u00eamement importante. Sans une bonne technique, le risque de blessure est extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9. En outre, en gardant \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que la fatigue se d\u00e9clenche \u00e0 un certain point dans la WOD, le risque de vous blesser est encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, parce que vous aurez du mal \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9 en effectuant l&rsquo;exercice. Cela est encore plus pertinent pour les nageurs, car ils sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 un environnement aqueux et \u00e0 son semi-manque de gravit\u00e9.
