Vous ne devriez pas consid\u00e9rer cela comme une perte de temps ou d&rsquo;argent, mais plut\u00f4t comme une fa\u00e7on de prot\u00e9ger votre sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un autre conseil important est de ne pas \u00eatre press\u00e9<\/strong> : il est toujours pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de commencer progressivement sans trop en faire plut\u00f4t que d\u2019essayer de battre le record du monde du 50 m nage libre. Essayez de maintenir un rythme r\u00e9gulier sur toute votre nage, en consommant de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et des calories pendant au moins 40\/45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assurez-vous que votre rythme cardiaque reste au-dessous de son maximum<\/strong>, ce qui, pour une personne non entra\u00een\u00e9e sans probl\u00e8mes cardiovasculaires, est d&rsquo;environ 120 battements par minute. Si vous n&rsquo;avez pas de moniteur de fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, vous pouvez v\u00e9rifier votre fr\u00e9quence cardiaque en pla\u00e7ant votre index ou votre majeur sur votre pouls (au poignet ou au cou) puis en comptant le nombre de battements pendant 15 secondes et en multipliant ce chiffre par quatre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rappelez-vous de vous reposer <\/strong>: la phase de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration est, en fait, d&rsquo;une importance fondamentale. Tout va bien si votre rythme cardiaque baisse assez rapidement. Cependant, s\u2019il est lent \u00e0 revenir \u00e0 la normale, cela signifie que vous ne r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez pas tr\u00e8s bien.
