Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces articles, vous avez appris comment utiliser au mieux les diff\u00e9rents accessoires de natation d\u2019arena, comme les tubas, les plaquettes et les palmes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Astuce num\u00e9ro 1 :<\/strong> comment am\u00e9liorer votre propulsion vers l\u2019avant. Pour la nage libre et la nage dos, un excellent exercice pour l\u2019apprentissage du bon mouvement du bras c\u2019est la technique bras seul. Cet exercice permet de se concentrer sur chaque phase du mouvement de bras, notamment la traction.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exercice peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de deux fa\u00e7ons : soit avec le bras tendu immobile devant vous, ou avec le bras immobile le long du corps. Dans le premier cas, vous pouvez mieux vous concentrer sur la rotation de la t\u00eate et la phase d\u2019appui et de traction. Dans le second cas, vous allez augmenter la rotation de votre corps pendant le mouvement de bras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; S\u00e9rie recommand\u00e9e<\/strong> : 12 x 25 m en changeant de bras tous les 3 x 25 m avec 20 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement essayer en travaillant avec des <em>plaquettes<\/em>. Mon conseil est de commencer \u00e0 utiliser les plaquettes <em>Elite Finger<\/em> d\u2019arena qui vous apportent un meilleur contr\u00f4le de votre technique. Le <em>pullbuoy<\/em> est une aide id\u00e9ale pour l\u2019apprentissage d\u2019un mouvement de natation correct, mais comme avec tout, si vous en faites trop \u00e7a peut \u00eatre contre-productif. \u00c7a peut conduire \u00e0 une surcompensation par la rotation de votre poitrine et vous emp\u00eacher d\u2019utiliser vos jambes, ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un point faible chez la plupart des nageurs.<\/p>\n<p>Un exercice que vous pouvez essayer pour am\u00e9liorer la position de votre corps et la phase de propulsion consiste \u00e0 placer le<em> pullbuoy<\/em> entre vos genoux et d\u2019imaginer que vous devez garder la poitrine \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un rectangle imaginaire. L\u2019objectif est de maintenir votre corps bien align\u00e9, en \u00e9liminant tout mouvement lat\u00e9ral excessif et de rendre votre mouvement de bras plus sym\u00e9trique et plus efficace, en particulier pendant la pouss\u00e9e finale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; S\u00e9rie recommand\u00e9e :<\/strong> 8 x 50 m avec un <em>pullbuoy<\/em>, en modifiant votre respiration. 1 x 50 m, en respirant tous les trois mouvements, 1 x 50 m en respirant tous les cinq mouvements. 20 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Bien entendu vous pouvez augmenter le nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions lorsque votre mouvement de bras devient plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Astuce num\u00e9ro 3<\/strong> : vous d\u00e9cidez quel mouvement de bras utiliser. Parfois, les gens se soucient trop de d\u00e9velopper un mouvement de bras parfait. Votre bras doit-il \u00eatre droit pendant la phase de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration ou devez-vous avoir le coude pli\u00e9 ? Il n\u2019y a pas de bonne r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question. Disons simplement que votre mouvement de bras va vous choisir. Si vous travaillez sur votre vitesse, vous aurez tendance \u00e0 nager avec les bras tendus, mais lorsque la distance augmente, vous allez presque certainement opter pour une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration avec le coude pli\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour voir la diff\u00e9rence entre les deux types de mouvements de bras, vous pouvez \u00ab\u2009jouer\u2009\u00bb \u00e0 compter le nombre de mouvements, en vous concentrant sur la dur\u00e9e de votre mouvement. Ou alors vous pouvez essayer de nager avec une surface plus petite r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l\u2019eau, par exemple en nageant les poings serr\u00e9s.
