En disant \u00e7a, je ne veux absolument pas dire que c\u2019est seulement pour les hommes, je fais juste allusion par une m\u00e9taphore au fait que votre entra\u00eenement ne doit pas \u00eatre affect\u00e9 par les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques. N\u00e9anmoins, la pluie, la neige, la glace et le vent peuvent parfois mettre en p\u00e9ril votre entra\u00eenement d\u2019hiver.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, c\u2019est le v\u00e9lo qui est plus impact\u00e9 pendant la p\u00e9riode hivernale, et vous entendez souvent les gens dire\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0j\u2019emm\u00e8ne mon v\u00e9lo au nettoyage, je le reprendrai de nouveau dans trois mois\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Mais en faisant cela, votre saison enti\u00e8re est d\u00e9j\u00e0 compromise.<\/p>\n<p>La natation est certainement moins impact\u00e9e par les intemp\u00e9ries, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des longues s\u00e9ances continues en mer.<\/p>\n<p>Mais dans ce cas vous pouvez utiliser une bande \u00e9lastique attach\u00e9e au starting bloc et, en fonction de la place dont vous disposez, vous pouvez faire des exercices longs et continus. Je vous d\u00e9conseille de vous entrainer comme \u00e7a pendant plus de 25\/30 minutes\u00a0: vous \u00eates susceptible de vous blesser le dos ou les \u00e9paules.<\/p>\n<p>Mais vous pouvez \u00e9galement faire l\u2019\u00e9preuve de course \u00e0 pied et de v\u00e9lo dans la piscine lorsque le temps est trop mauvais pour vous entrainer \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, nous allons voir comment\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>COURSE <\/strong><strong>\u00c0 PIED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Courir dans le bassin pour enfants<\/strong> (profondeur de 50-80 cm). Cela vous permettra de faire de bonnes sessions de course, \u00e9videmment en prenant le temps et non pas la distance comme guide et en utilisant un moniteur de fr\u00e9quence cardiaque pour contr\u00f4ler l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de l\u2019exercice (ou autrement avec la bonne vieille m\u00e9thode\u00a0: en mettant deux doigts sur la veine du cou). Si, par exemple, je devais m\u2019entrainer comme \u00e7a aujourd\u2019hui, voici ce que je ferais\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course d\u2019\u00e9chauffement de 3 km<\/strong><strong>\u00e0<\/strong><strong> 15 minutes de course lente \u00e0 120\/130 bpm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6 x (1 km intervalle court + 2 min lent rythme de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration) <\/strong><strong>\u00e0<\/strong><strong> 6 x (temps requis pour faire le court intervalle \u00e0 160\/165 bpm + 2 min de course lente avec une fr\u00e9quence cardiaque \u00e0 environ 120 bpm)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement travailler sur la musculation dans la piscine en faisant des mouvements lents, en travaillant avec des r\u00e9sistances sp\u00e9cifiques et en faisant varier la vitesse et l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du mouvement de jambe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Courir avec un gilet de flottaison<\/strong> : vous pouvez \u00e9galement faire des exercices de course en eau profonde o\u00f9 vous n\u2019avez pas pied ; dans ce cas, avec absolument aucun impact sur le sol, il est extr\u00eamement important de travailler sur votre respiration en utilisant vos bras et en maintenant une rotation du pied neutre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V<\/strong><strong>\u00c9LO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Hydrobike<\/strong>: c\u2019est une excellente alternative au v\u00e9lo ordinaire. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019eau, vous pouvez travailler sur des choses comme l\u2019endurance de la force et sur la puissance maximale, mais ce n\u2019est pas tout \u00e0 fait aussi efficace pour faire travailler votre syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire ou am\u00e9liorer votre coup de p\u00e9dale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Courir avec un tube<\/strong>: en eau profonde, placez un tube flottant entre vos jambes pour la flottabilit\u00e9 puis fixez un second tube flottant au bout du premier pour y reposer vos mains. \u00c0 partir de cette position assise, d\u00e9placez vos jambes en deux demi-cercles parfaits. \u00c7a provoque des effets exactement oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019exercice pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent\u00a0; \u00e7a fait vraiment travailler votre syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire et vous apprend \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un coup de p\u00e9dale \u00ab\u00a0rond\u00a0\u00bb, mais \u00e7a n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s efficace pour la musculation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans tous les cas, il vous suffit d\u2019aller \u00e0 la piscine la plus proche en hiver pour vous entra\u00eener dans les trois disciplines du triathlon, donc plus d\u2019excuses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quand les gens me demandent \u00ab\u00a0et s\u2019il pleut\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb, je leur donne toujours la m\u00eame r\u00e9ponse\u00a0: le triathlon est un sport pour les hommes.
