{"id":70040,"date":"2017-03-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/la-competition-comment-quand-et-pourquoi\/"},"modified":"2017-03-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-03-10T00:00:00","slug":"la-competition-comment-quand-et-pourquoi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/training-technique\/la-competition-comment-quand-et-pourquoi\/","title":{"rendered":"La comp\u00e9tition : comment, quand et pourquoi ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les principales raisons pour aller \u00e0 la piscine pendant son temps libre sont : profiter de l\u2019eau, se sentir bien (pour am\u00e9liorer ses fonctions cardiorespiratoires, ses muscles, sa structure osseuse et aussi pour perdre du poids), pour des raisons de sant\u00e9 (pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et se r\u00e9\u00e9duquer apr\u00e8s une blessure).<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre content\u00e9 de nager pendant un certain temps, nous commen\u00e7ons tous \u00e0 se chronom\u00e9trer, \u00e0 compter les longueurs ou la distance et \u00e0 suivre nos performances.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que la tentation de s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 des cours de natation devient beaucoup plus forte, tout autant que la curiosit\u00e9 pour conna\u00eetre son niveau et quels progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accomplis jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re question qu\u2019on se pose est toujours la m\u00eame :<strong> \u00ab\u2009Vais-je \u00eatre assez bon\u2009?\u2009\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de souligner que le but d\u2019un cours de natation c\u2019est de se retrouver en concurrence avec d\u2019autres athl\u00e8tes et de suivre un plan d\u2019entra\u00eenement particulier et m\u00e9thodique qui implique de s\u2019entrainer de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (3-4 s\u00e9ances par semaine).<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est que lorsqu\u2019on est s\u00fbr d\u2019avoir le temps, la d\u00e9termination et l\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaires qu\u2019on peut d\u00e9cider des objectifs \u00e0 atteindre, afin d\u2019\u00eatre certain de pouvoir participer \u00e0 ce niveau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voici les objectifs en question :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Passer un examen m\u00e9dical sportif (obligatoire pour tous les cours pour nageurs de comp\u00e9tition).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> \u00catre capable de rester dans l\u2019eau pendant au moins une heure sans en sortir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> \u00catre capable de nager \u00e0 un rythme lent pendant au moins 400 m (16 longueurs d\u2019une piscine de 25 m) sans s\u2019arr\u00eater.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> \u00catre capable de nager au moins trois styles diff\u00e9rents (nage libre, dos, brasse), pas n\u00e9cessairement avec une tr\u00e8s bonne technique, mais sans difficult\u00e9 pour respirer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> \u00catre capable de nager 50 m lents en nage libre en faisant une culbute avant tous les 5-6 mouvements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> \u00catre capable de plonger \u00e0 partir d\u2019un starting bloc sans avoir peur de la fa\u00e7on dont vous on touchera l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> \u00catre capable de tenir sa respiration sous l\u2019eau pendant environ 25-30 secondes (en se tenant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la piscine si n\u00e9cessaire).<\/p>\n<p>Pour vous assurer d\u2019arriver \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser tous ces exercices, essayez l\u2019entra\u00eenement suivant (nl : nage libre ; bs : brasse ; ds : dos) :<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9chauffement<\/strong> : 300 m\u00e8tres tous styles, tr\u00e8s lent (en plongeant d\u2019un starting bloc) sauf le papillon (par exemple : 50 nl + 25 bs + 50 nl + 25 ds).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technique<\/strong>\u00a0: 8 x 25 avec 15 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration (1 nl bras droit seulement \u2013 1 bs jambes &#8211; 1 nl bras gauche seulement \u2013 1 ds avec jambes de bs \u2013 1 nl avec culbute tous les 5 mouvements \u2013 1 bs avec 2 coups de pied + 1 mouvement de bras \u2013 1 nl avec \u00bd longueur jambes seules sous l\u2019eau et\u00a0 \u00bd longueur en nageant normalement &#8211; 1 ds avec les poings serr\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jambes<\/strong>\u00a0: 200 lents (50 nl + 50 bs + 50 ds + 50 bs)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tronc<\/strong> : 18 x 50 lents constants avec 20 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration (2 nl + 1 bs + 2 nl + 1 ds)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bras<\/strong>\u00a0: 4 x 75 nl lents avec pullbuoy et r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de 15 secondes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Relaxation<\/strong> : 200 (25 double bras ds + 25 tout style)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Total<\/strong>\u00a0: 2,1 km<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n\u2019arrivez pas \u00e0 finir cette s\u00e9ance d\u2019entra\u00eenement, mais que vous \u00eates toujours d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 faire de la comp\u00e9tition, vous pouvez suivre un cours adulte pour les nageurs amateurs pendant un temps, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que vous vous sentiez plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise.<\/p>\n<p>Si, en revanche, vous arrivez \u00e0 le faire facilement&#8230; qu\u2019attendez-vous\u2009?
