{"id":70050,"date":"2017-03-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-28T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/comment-nager-plus-vite\/"},"modified":"2017-03-28T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-03-28T00:00:00","slug":"comment-nager-plus-vite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/comment-nager-plus-vite\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment nager plus vite"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une fois que vous avez acquis un bon style de nage et une bonne endurance, il est temps de travailler votre vitesse, ou en d\u2019autres termes de faire des exercices visant \u00e0 nager plus vite.<\/p>\n<p>La vitesse \u00e0 laquelle un nageur avance d\u00e9pend de trois facteurs : <strong>la longueur, la puissance et la vitesse de ses mouvements de bras <\/strong>; tous tr\u00e8s \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s aux techniques que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 examin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Je tiens \u00e0 souligner que pour \u00e9viter toute blessure et pour s\u2019assurer que l\u2019entra\u00eenement principal soit efficace, chaque session de vitesse doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e apr\u00e8s un long \u00e9chauffement.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes habituelles pour am\u00e9liorer votre vitesse de nage sont l\u2019entra\u00eenement au sprint ou l\u2019entra\u00eenement au seuil ana\u00e9robique lactique. Ces m\u00e9thodes impliquent un ensemble d\u2019exercices diff\u00e9rents&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; SPRINTS D\u2019INTENSIT\u00c9 MAXIMALE&nbsp;:<\/strong> faites 6-8 sprints d\u2019intensit\u00e9 maximale (15-20 m) avec r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de 2 \u00e0 2 minutes 30.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; SPRINTS D\u2019INTENSIT\u00c9 VARIABLE :<\/strong> cet exercice consiste \u00e0 nager des longueurs tr\u00e8s courtes (25 m) sans r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration compl\u00e8te (1 \u00e0 1 minute 30) en faisant varier l\u2019intensit\u00e9. Par exemple, 12&#215;25 avec 1 min 30 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration : 1 avec 12,5 m max\/12,5m lents + 1 avec 12,5m lents\/12,5m maxi + 1 acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration + 1 \u00e0 fond.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; SPRINTS ALTERN\u00c9S :<\/strong> ce type d\u2019exercice est effectu\u00e9 en alternant les sprints \u00e0 fond et la nage lente. Il y a moins temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, car la nage lente permet d\u00e9j\u00e0 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. Par exemple, nagez 18 \u00d7 25 avec 30 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, en faisant 1 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition \u00e0 fond et deux tr\u00e8s lentement.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement des m\u00e9thodes moins conventionnelles pour travailler sur la vitesse de nage, des m\u00e9thodes utilisant des aides de natation et un soutien ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; TRAVAIL DE VITESSE ASSIST\u00c9 :<\/strong> les aides de natation vous permettent de r\u00e9aliser ce type d\u2019exercice plus vite que sans aides. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, fixez une bande \u00e9lastique autour de vos hanches (harnais), trouvez quelqu\u2019un pour vous aider \u00e0 \u00e9tirer la bande \u00e9lastique \u00e0 son maximum, puis nagez aussi fort que possible en opposition \u00e0 la traction de la bande \u00e9lastique.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019utilisation des palmes peut \u00e9galement vous aider \u00e0 nager plus vite, et elles peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9es aux exercices dans les 3 m\u00e9thodes classiques que nous avons vues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; R\u00c9SISTANCE VARIABLE : <\/strong>L\u00e0 encore, vous devez utiliser des aides \u00e0 la natation. Cet exercice consiste \u00e0 effectuer des sprints \u00e0 fond apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait un certain nombre de sprints avec des r\u00e9sistances.
