Au cas o\u00f9 vous n\u2019en auriez jamais entendu parler, il s\u2019agit en fait d\u2019une pseudo-c\u00e9r\u00e9ale. \u00ab&nbsp;Pseudo&nbsp;\u00bb car elle appartient en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 la famille des \u00e9pinards, mais poss\u00e8de certaines caract\u00e9ristiques qui la classent dans la cat\u00e9gorie des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Elle peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9e comme alternative au riz et est pleine de calories, avec une forte teneur en prot\u00e9ines. C\u2019est une excellente source de glucides, de vitamines et de min\u00e9raux. C\u2019est une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines et elles fournissent \u00e0 votre corps les graisses non satur\u00e9es dont il a besoin, il s\u2019agit des \u00ab&nbsp;bonnes&nbsp;\u00bb graisses (les fameuses graisses omega-3 et omega-6), qui vous sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques contrairement aux graisses satur\u00e9es. L\u2019important c\u2019est d\u2019en manger chaque jour, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence entre les repas. La m\u00eame chose vaut pour tous les fruits secs, mais si vous \u00eates particuli\u00e8rement friand de cacahou\u00e8tes, vous pouvez choisir le beurre de cacahou\u00e8te tartin\u00e9 sur une ou deux tranches de pain comme collation avant l\u2019entrainement (au moins une heure et demie avant de vous entrainer).<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-71077 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/chocolate-183543_1920-700x366.jpg\" alt=\"chocolate-183543_1920\" width=\"700\" height=\"366\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le chocolat noir<\/strong> est le troisi\u00e8me type d\u2019aliment. Il poss\u00e8de de fortes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes et est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bon pour votre syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire. L\u2019important c\u2019est de vous assurer qu\u2019il ait une teneur en cacao d\u2019au moins 65%.
