Les exercices d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement et de pr\u00e9vention des blessures semblent avoir \u00abmauvaise presse\u00bb et voir un amateur faire des exercices hors de l\u2019eau apr\u00e8s sa session d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement appara\u00eet toujours comme une chose surprenante &#8230; suscitant souvent le ridicule.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Vous avez vu ce mec &#8230;il est vraiment fou\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, semblent penser les gens, \u00e0 en juger par l&rsquo;expression sur leurs visages.<\/p>\n<h2>La mobilit\u00e9 articulaire, la stabilit\u00e9 du noyau et les exercices d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement sont de plus en plus consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme un gaspillage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie inutile pour un nageur : <strong>rien n\u2019est plus faux<\/strong>\u00a0!<\/h2>\n<p>Encore une fois, vous avez besoin d&rsquo;un bon contr\u00f4le de votre corps pour effectuer correctement les exercices.<\/p>\n<p>Plus vous ma\u00eetrisez vos mouvements, plus les exercices seront efficaces.<\/p>\n<p>Vos \u00e9paules sont vos articulations les plus d\u00e9licates et les plus compliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0mettre en route\u00a0\u00bb et r\u00e9chauffer. Ainsi, les exercices d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement, comme, par exemple, toutes sortes de croisements simultan\u00e9s altern\u00e9s, avant et arri\u00e8re, font partie d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie importante de mouvements dynamiques \u00e0 effectuer d\u2019abord lentement puis plus vigoureusement.<\/p>\n<p>En plus des exercices d&rsquo;\u00e9paules, il existe d&rsquo;autres mouvements moins sp\u00e9cifiques pour \u00e9chauffer les bras et le haut du corps.<\/p>\n<h2>Les exercices de stabilit\u00e9 du tronc sont con\u00e7us pour \u00abr\u00e9chauffer vos muscles et les faire bouger correctement\u00bb et par ailleurs, pour renforcer et vous donner un meilleur contr\u00f4le sur votre corps.<\/h2>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, m\u00eame les exercices les plus simples, comme les rotations de bras, doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s correctement pour \u00e9viter tous d\u00e9r\u00e8glements mineurs ou mouvements incorrects qui pourraient entra\u00eener des blessures plus graves et difficiles \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir.
