{"id":70084,"date":"2017-05-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/7-conseils-pour-battre-des-pieds-efficacement\/"},"modified":"2017-05-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-05-10T00:00:00","slug":"7-conseils-pour-battre-des-pieds-efficacement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/my-bodylift-challenge\/7-conseils-pour-battre-des-pieds-efficacement\/","title":{"rendered":"7 conseils pour battre des pieds efficacement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[My Bodylift Challenge]<br \/>\nL&rsquo;un des premiers entra\u00eenements mis en place par notre coach Marie pour Marine (<a href=\"https:\/\/mummychamallow.com\/\">MummyChamallow<\/a>), Cynthia (<a href=\"http:\/\/mamanbavarde.fr\/\">MamanBavarde<\/a>) et Juliette (<a href=\"http:\/\/healthyjuliette.com\/\">HealthyJuliette<\/a>) consistait \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 battre des jambes efficacement pour ne pas s&rsquo;\u00e9puiser au bout de 2 longueurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment battre des jambes plus efficacement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&gt; Le mouvement du battement de jambes part de la hanche<br \/>\n&gt; Les jambes sont tendues avec les genoux l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fl\u00e9chis<br \/>\n&gt; Chevilles souples et pieds l\u00e9g\u00e8rement rentr\u00e9s vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur<br \/>\n&gt; Palmes immerg\u00e9es tout le long du battement pour travailler l\u2019ensemble des muscles de la jambe et des fessiers<br \/>\n&gt; L\u00e9g\u00e8res \u00e9claboussures avec les pieds<br \/>\n&gt; Pas de bruit avec les pieds pendant le mouvement<br \/>\n&gt; Pousser fort l\u2019eau vers le fond de la piscine puis pousser fort l\u2019eau vers le plafond de la piscine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention :<\/strong> bien rel\u00e2cher les chevilles et les pieds pour \u00e9viter les crampes aux pieds ou aux mollets !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et sur le dos ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le battement de jambes sur le dos est identique au battement de jambe sur le ventre (mouvement qui part de la hanche, jambes tendues, genoux l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fl\u00e9chis, chevilles rel\u00e2ch\u00e9es, pieds orient\u00e9s vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur). Il faut faire attention \u00e0 ne pas trop fl\u00e9chir les genoux. Ils ne sortent que tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de l\u2019eau.
