{"id":70112,"date":"2017-06-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-13T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/ne-perdez-pas-votre-souffle\/"},"modified":"2017-06-13T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-06-13T00:00:00","slug":"ne-perdez-pas-votre-souffle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/ne-perdez-pas-votre-souffle\/","title":{"rendered":"Ne perdez pas votre souffle !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pourquoi vous devez am\u00e9liorer votre capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire et comment le faire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avant d\u2019aborder ce sujet, j\u2019aimerais faire une suggestion : jetez un coup d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 la vid\u00e9o de l\u2019une des finales de nage libre 50 m aux championnats du monde ou aux Jeux olympiques.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de leurs chronos impressionnants, vous remarquerez peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019en moyenne, chaque nageur fait au maximum 1 \u00e0 2 respirations, et certains nageurs ne respirent m\u00eame pas du tout pendant les 50 m\u00e8tres. Ce que je veux souligner c\u2019est l\u2019importance pour un nageur d\u2019avoir une excellente capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire. Bien s\u00fbr, je ne dis pas que vous ne devez respirer qu\u2019une ou deux fois sur 50 m\u00e8tres, mais il y a quelque chose \u00e0 tirer de \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord et en quelques mots, notre capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire montre si nos poumons fonctionnent bien. Cela peut \u00eatre mesur\u00e9 (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement lors d\u2019un examen m\u00e9dical sportif) par un test appel\u00e9 test de spirom\u00e9trie. Un exercice r\u00e9gulier am\u00e9liore votre capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire, le tabagisme l\u2019aggrave.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ne vous laissez pas abuser en pensant qu\u2019avoir une bonne capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire veut simplement dire que vous pouvez retenir votre souffle plus longtemps, sinon cela concernerait uniquement ceux qui pratiquent la nage libre et le papillon, et serait inutile pour la nage dos (vu qu\u2019on peut respirer tout le temps) ou la brasse (o\u00f9 on respire \u00e0 chaque mouvement).<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit qu\u2019une bonne capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire signifie une meilleure fonction pulmonaire. L\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et le glucose sont \u00e0 la base de toutes les r\u00e9actions chimiques qui se produisent dans notre corps pour cr\u00e9er l\u2019\u00e9nergie qui nous permet de bouger (et de vivre). Travailler cette capacit\u00e9 signifie disposer de plus d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et par cons\u00e9quent, am\u00e9liorer sa fonction d\u2019\u00e9nergie ana\u00e9robique.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressant de noter que l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne contenu dans les poumons nous aide \u00e0 flotter, donc plus vous en aurez, meilleure sera votre position dans l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Voici 3 exercices :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Respirer et expirer aussi profond\u00e9ment que possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez faire cet exercice \u00e0 la maison et c\u2019est une excellente fa\u00e7on de vous d\u00e9tendre. Inspirez lentement, aussi profond\u00e9ment que possible, et retenez votre souffle pendant cinq secondes. Ensuite, expirez autant que possible et attendez cinq secondes avant de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019exercice. Faites 10 inspirations et expirations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Inspirez en vous synchronisant avec votre mouvement de bras.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pendant la nage libre dans la piscine, alternez une respiration tous les 2\/3\/4\/5\/6\/7\/8\/9 mouvements. Cet exercice peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 lorsque vous nagez sans forcer ou que vous nagez vite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Respirer un certain nombre de fois sur une certaine distance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019exercice ci-dessus, d\u00e9finissez un maximum de respirations pour chaque longueur. Cet exercice peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en nageant vite ou en nageant sans forcer.
