Cela repr\u00e9sente probablement la majorit\u00e9 des personnes que j&rsquo;ai mentionn\u00e9es au d\u00e9but de cet article, des gens qui feraient tout pour \u00e9viter l\u2019entra\u00eenement, les efforts, les r\u00e9gimes amincissants, la sueur et les sacrifices, mais qui, en m\u00eame temps, souhaiterait am\u00e9liorer leurs aptitudes physiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le secret est : TENTEZ LE COUP\u00a0! <\/strong>Surmontez votre paresse pour une fois, faites une bonne s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement et optez pour un style de vie actif. Ensuite, tout devient plus facile, car l&rsquo;exercice vous apportera satisfaction et bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Je n\u2019invente rien, c&rsquo;est ce que nous dit la science : c&rsquo;est une cons\u00e9quence physiologique. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;exercice g\u00e9n\u00e8re de la s\u00e9rotonine, plus connue sous le nom de \u00abhormone du bonheur\u00bb.
