Une des causes initiales, si ce n\u2019est LA cause, c\u2019est certainement de mettre la barre trop haute par rapport \u00e0 ses capacit\u00e9s ou d\u2019avoir des espoirs irr\u00e9alistes. Les m\u00e9thodes de relaxation doivent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9es tout le temps, pas seulement avant une course. Cela aidera les athl\u00e8tes \u00e0 g\u00e9rer leur anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 beaucoup plus efficacement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00catre ax\u00e9 sur les objectifs<\/strong>. Les courses ne sont pas toutes aussi importantes les unes que les autres, vous devez donc apprendre \u00e0 analyser vos performances. Apprenez \u00e0 surveiller vos diff\u00e9rents niveaux de conditionnement physique tout au long de la saison. \u00catre conscient de ce que vous faites et en prendre la responsabilit\u00e9 est une autre \u00e9tape vers la suppression de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Concentrez-vous sur ce que vous pouvez contr\u00f4ler<\/strong>. Malheureusement, vous ne pouvez pas arr\u00eater ou ralentir le concurrent dans la ligne \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de vous, ne perdez donc pas de temps \u00e0 analyser chaque aspect de sa technique de nage. Concentrez-vous sur ce que vous pouvez contr\u00f4ler. Sur vos propres mouvements, sur votre propre rythme de course et sur tous les d\u00e9tails sur lesquels vous avez travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement. Vous concentrer sur vos mouvements vous aidera certainement \u00e0 \u00eatre moins anxieux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Pensez \u00e0 d\u2019autres choses.<\/strong> \u00c7a peut sembler \u00eatre une strat\u00e9gie moins importante, mais rester concentr\u00e9 sur d\u2019autres choses que la course peut \u00eatre un tr\u00e8s bon exercice pour abaisser l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.
