href=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/le-dos-crawle-comment-nager-le-ventre-en-lair\/\">dos crawl\u00e9<\/a> c\u2019est que la respiration n\u2019est pas vraiment impact\u00e9e par l\u2019eau : on nage avec le ventre vers le haut et on d\u00e9cide quand on veut respirer, pas de risque d\u2019avaler de l\u2019eau \u00e0 cause d\u2019un mauvais timing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mais cela ne signifie pas que vous pouvez respirer quand vous en avez envie.<\/p>\n<h3>Techniquement, le bon moment pour respirer c\u2019est\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Inspiration :<\/strong> au cours de la phase de retour d\u2019un bras\u2009;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Expiration :<\/strong> \u00e0 la fin de la phase de retour de l\u2019autre bras.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/fr_fr\/equipement\/lunettes-de-natation.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-102353\" d\u2019expirer rapidement et de se forcer,<\/h3>\n<p>en effet vous ne flotterez pas si bien si vous expirez lentement pendant la phase de traction du premier mouvement de bras.<\/p>\n<p>En respirant, la poitrine augmente de volume, car les poumons se dilatent (sans impact sur le poids du corps). <strong>Ce qui du coup augmente la flottabilit\u00e9 du corps.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il faut savoir que seule la <strong>partie sup\u00e9rieure du corps flotte mieux,<\/strong> le centre de gravit\u00e9 du corps se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant vers la t\u00eate, les pieds s\u2019enfoncent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sous l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui signifie que <strong>vous devez \u00e9viter de gonfler vos poumons au maximum<\/strong>, essayez toujours de garder votre respiration sous contr\u00f4le en fonction de la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019air que vous inspirez et de la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle vous le faites.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/fr_fr\/equipement\/bonnets-de-natation.html\"><img utiles pour apprendre \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler votre respiration\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Nagez le dos crawl\u00e9 avec un bras seulement, en respirant au cours de la phase de retour et en expirant lors de la traction\u2009;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0<\/strong> Nagez le dos crawl\u00e9 en respirant normalement pendant un mouvement complet, puis sans respirer du tout pendant le mouvement suivant\u2009;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0<\/strong> Nagez le dos crawl\u00e9 en respirant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, tout d\u2019abord en faisant deux mouvements de bras complets, tr\u00e8s lentement, puis deux coups tr\u00e8s rapidement\u2009;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Nagez le dos crawl\u00e9 en faisant une pause de 2 secondes dans votre mouvement, au moment o\u00f9 le bras qui revient se trouve devant votre visage\u2009; \u00e0 ce stade retenez votre souffle pendant 2 secondes puis reprenez votre mouvement et une respiration normale\u2009;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Sur de tr\u00e8s courtes distances (12-15 m) : nagez le dos crawl\u00e9 avec un rythme de respiration tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 (hyperventilation), assurez-vous de ne pas inspirer trop d\u2019air\u2009;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> Nagez le dos crawl\u00e9 avec des mouvements de bras tr\u00e8s lents, en divisant votre inspiration en trois phases : <strong>a.<\/strong> lorsque la main sort de l\u2019eau,\u00a0<strong>b.<\/strong> lorsqu\u2019elle est tendue en face de votre visage,\u00a0<strong>c.<\/strong> lorsqu\u2019elle est sur le point d\u2019entrer dans l\u2019eau, faites de m\u00eame avec votre expiration, en la divisant en 3 phases (comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessus).<\/p>\n<p>Une mauvaise respiration et<strong> une mauvaise distribution du ratio\u00a0CO<sub>2<\/sub>\/O<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong>(dioxyde de carbone\/oxyg\u00e8ne) <strong>provoquent une distribution incompl\u00e8te de m\u00e9tabolite dans le corps<\/strong>, entrainant une fatigue plus rapide.<\/p>\n<p>Mais pour nous, ce n\u2019est pas un probl\u00e8me\u00a0: nous avons des exercices pour apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9viter ces erreurs
