Mais une fois la tension retomb\u00e9e et l&rsquo;effort, une id\u00e9e agr\u00e9able r\u00e9confortante commence miraculeusement \u00e0 me trotter dans la t\u00eate : \u00ab\u2009Je ne pourrais jamais abandonner la natation\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Je pourrais \u00e9num\u00e9rer des centaines de raisons pour lesquelles la natation fera toujours partie de ma vie. Je pourrais trouver des arguments de nature physique, psychologique et m\u00eame philosophique, mais il y a des raisons beaucoup plus simples pour lesquelles aucun d\u2019entre nous ne veut arr\u00eater de faire des longueurs dans la piscine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>n\u00b0 1 : Cent m\u00e8tres tranquille<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces trois mots sonnent comme un po\u00e8me pour un nageur. Le \u00ab cent m\u00e8tres tranquille \u00bb est une vraie joie pour chaque cellule du corps d\u2019un nageur. Il est difficile de d\u00e9crire ce sentiment, car seul quelqu\u2019un qui a v\u00e9cu cette sensation de d\u00e9tente incroyable apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance tr\u00e8s difficile sait de quoi il s\u2019agit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00b0 2 : Battre le nageur dans la ligne d\u2019\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aucun d\u2019entre nous n\u2019admettra \u00e7a, car il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019un nageur de comp\u00e9tition ou m\u00eame de son meilleur ami. Mais quoi de mieux que de faire la course, et de l\u2019emporter, contre le nageur de la ligne d\u2019\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00b0 3 : Une douche chaude<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019eau chaude commence \u00e0 couler sur ma t\u00eate, je ferme les yeux et toutes les pens\u00e9es disparaissent. Une douche chaude apr\u00e8s l\u2019entra\u00eenement peut seulement se d\u00e9crire comme&#8230; l\u2019\u00e9pith\u00e8te du plaisir !<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00b0 4 : Perdre le compte des longueurs que vous avez nag\u00e9 et r\u00e9aliser que vous en avez fait plus que ce que vous pensiez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je n\u2019ai aucune m\u00e9moire et je perds souvent le compte du nombre de longueurs que j\u2019ai nag\u00e9es. Mais j\u2019arrive tout \u00e0 fait \u00e0 me souvenir \u00e0 quel point c\u2019est formidable de demander \u00e0 mes partenaires d\u2019entra\u00eenement combien de longueurs il reste, et de d\u00e9couvrir que c\u2019est moins que ce que je pensais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00b0 5 : L\u2019eau sort de vos oreilles et vous arrivez&#8230; \u00e0 entendre de nouveau !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous souvenez-vous d\u2019avoir eu une oreille bouch\u00e9e pendant toute une s\u00e9ance d\u2019entra\u00eenement, puis apr\u00e8s vous \u00eatre allong\u00e9, soudainement, vous sentez que l\u2019eau est partie de votre oreille ? Je pense que tout nageur d\u00e9crirait ce sentiment comme&#8230; sublime !<\/p>\n<p>Comme nous l\u2019avons vu, vous n\u2019avez pas besoin de trouver de raisons m\u00e9taphysiques pour expliquer pourquoi la natation est sp\u00e9ciale, car ce sont en fait de petites choses qui la rendent si merveilleuse.<\/p>\n<p>Et vous ?
