Les calories ne comptent pas : FAUX !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien s\u00fbr qu&rsquo;elles comptent ! La seule fa\u00e7on de perdre du poids est de mettre son corps dans une situation o\u00f9 il est en d\u00e9ficit calorique. En d&rsquo;autres termes, le montant de l&rsquo;apport calorique doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 que nous consommons pendant notre exercice quotidien. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&rsquo;est physiologique, math\u00e9matique. Le d\u00e9ficit peut \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9 en r\u00e9duisant les calories dans notre alimentation ou en augmentant la quantit\u00e9 de calories que nous utilisons pendant notre entra\u00eenement. Si l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre calorique est invers\u00e9 (avoir un apport calorique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que ce que nous utilisons) alors forc\u00e9ment nous allons prendre du poids.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notez bien \u00e9galement que l\u2019id\u00e9e selon laquelle il faut ing\u00e9rer le moins de calories possible est fausse \u00e9galement. Le rapport apport calorique sur quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u00e9pens\u00e9e doit bien \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Les carbohydrates vont vous faire prendre du poids : FAUX !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce ne sont pas les hydrates de carbone en eux-m\u00eames qui vous feront prendre du poids, mais la quantit\u00e9 accrue de calories qu&rsquo;ils contiennent (voir l&rsquo;explication ci-dessus). Les glucides vous feront prendre du poids si vous en mangez une quantit\u00e9 excessive, tout comme manger trop de graisse ou de prot\u00e9ines. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&rsquo;est vrai, m\u00eame les prot\u00e9ines, si elles sont consomm\u00e9es en quantit\u00e9s excessives, vont se transformer dans votre corps en r\u00e9serves adipeuses !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous arr\u00eatez de manger des glucides, vous perdrez s\u00fbrement du poids, mais vous ne perdrez pas seulement de la graisse mais aussi de la masse maigre et de l&rsquo;eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Les squats font grossir les jambes et ne vont pas tonifier mon fessier : FAUX !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je vois souvent des filles qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent faire des fessiers avec ou sans corde, plut\u00f4t que des squats, car elles pensent que leurs jambes deviendront trop muscl\u00e9es et que donc leurs fesses ne profiteront pas de l\u2019exercice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les fessiers sont de gros muscles forts et, par cons\u00e9quent, ils doivent \u00eatre stimul\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e afin de les activer et ainsi les tonifier. Tr\u00e8s probablement, si vous ne &nbsp;sentez pas vos fesses travailler lorsque vous effectuez des squats, cela signifie simplement que vous ne les faites pas correctement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les erreurs les plus courantes que les gens font sont soit de ne pas descendre jusqu\u2019au bout, soit de ne pas plier les genoux de la bonne fa\u00e7on. Les squats et autres exercices similaires ne sont efficaces que s&rsquo;ils sont bien effectu\u00e9s et bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le programme d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement complet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Je ne suis pas oblig\u00e9.e de travailler le haut du corps : FAUX !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourquoi ne le faudrait-il pas ? Les muscles de la poitrine sont parmi nos plus gros muscles sur le haut du corps et ne pas les int\u00e9grer dans notre entra\u00eenement est vraiment une erreur. Notre organisme est une grande machine et ne peut pas \u00eatre divis\u00e9 en sections. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous voulez de bons r\u00e9sultats globaux, tant en termes de perte de poids qu&rsquo;en termes de masse musculaire, il faut faire un entra\u00eenement qui inclut tout le corps. Laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 une partie ne fera que vous ralentir dans l&rsquo;accomplissement de vos objectifs, m\u00eame s\u2019ils concernent les autres parties de votre corps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Je dois faire des abdos pour perdre de la graisse ventrale : FAUX !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La perte de poids localis\u00e9e n&rsquo;existe pas. Bien qu&rsquo;il y en ait qui pr\u00e9tendent que leur entra\u00eenement particulier sera efficace dans une partie particuli\u00e8re du corps, les recherches approfondies qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites dans ce domaine prouvent que cela n\u2019est tout simplement pas vrai. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour en revenir \u00e0 ce que j&rsquo;ai dit plus t\u00f4t, si l\u2019on veut am\u00e9liorer une certaine partie du corps, il faut travailler sur le corps dans son ensemble. Perdre son temps \u00e0 la salle de gym ou \u00e0 la maison en r\u00e9p\u00e9tant sans fin tous les diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019exercices abdominaux &nbsp;auxquels vous pourrez penser, sera tout simplement inefficace. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je ne sugg\u00e8re pas de les \u00e9liminer non plus, mais de les int\u00e9grer dans un entra\u00eenement complet, combinant aussi du travail de poids, ce qui vous donnera de bien meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Les exercices tels que les \u00ab abdos \u00bb ne vous feront pas perdre de poids par eux-m\u00eames, mais ils seront une partie importante de votre entra\u00eenement global, en terme d\u2019amincissement bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi en termes d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de votre posture et de votre bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
