{"id":70248,"date":"2018-06-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/juste-une-question-de-jambes\/"},"modified":"2018-06-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-06-12T00:00:00","slug":"juste-une-question-de-jambes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/conseils-de-pro\/juste-une-question-de-jambes\/","title":{"rendered":"Juste une question de&#8230; JAMBES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Aujourd\u2019hui, nous allons voir comment utiliser vos jambes et nous allons \u00e9galement proposer des exercices d\u2019entra\u00eenement particuliers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les hommes adultes en particulier, les jambes sont souvent juste un peu plus qu\u2019un poids mort !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une masse de muscles volumineuse, qui, utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 fond, \u00ab draine \u00bb les r\u00e9serves d\u2019\u00e9nergie de l\u2019athl\u00e8te, le laissant totalement sans force.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n\u2019existe pas de rem\u00e8de sp\u00e9cial qui nous apprendrait tout \u00e0 coup comment bien utiliser nos jambes, mais par quelques exercices bien utiles hors de l\u2019eau et dans l\u2019eau, nos s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenement dans la piscine en seront plus faciles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Commen\u00e7ons par les entra\u00eenements hors de l\u2019eau :<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 20 secondes \u00e0 courir sur place<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; de nouveau, courir sur place, alterner 5 secondes de course ordinaire avec 5 secondes les jambes pli\u00e9es<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 10 squats<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 10 fentes en alternant les jambes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 10 extensions sur les orteils (si possible sur une marche afin de vous \u00e9tirer les mollets lorsque vous reposez vos talons)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Passons maintenant aux exercices dans l\u2019eau :<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Les jambes de nage dos sont altern\u00e9es avec les jambes de la brasse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; avec une planche sur votre poitrine dans une position semi-droite, p\u00e9dalage avec les jambes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; jambes de nage libre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; avec une planche sur la poitrine en position assise, jambes de nage dos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; assis \u00e0 nouveau, jambes brasse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donc, en un mot&#8230; les jaaaaambes.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, nous allons voir comment utiliser vos jambes et nous allons \u00e9galement proposer des exercices d\u2019entra\u00eenement particuliers.
