{"id":70256,"date":"2018-09-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-09-19T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-classifiee\/3-aliments-quun-nageur-nabandonnera-jamais\/"},"modified":"2018-09-19T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-09-19T00:00:00","slug":"3-aliments-quun-nageur-nabandonnera-jamais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/fitness-wellness\/3-aliments-quun-nageur-nabandonnera-jamais\/","title":{"rendered":"3 aliments qu\u2019un nageur n\u2019abandonnera jamais"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu le lien qui existait entre les nageurs et leurs habitudes alimentaires.<\/strong> Mis \u00e0 part les meilleurs aliments avant ou apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance d\u2019entra\u00eenement ou lors d\u2019une course, nous avons examin\u00e9 ce que les nageurs aiment manger (beaucoup).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il existe de nombreux aliments importants, chacun a ses propres caract\u00e9ristiques et est propos\u00e9 pour diff\u00e9rentes raisons.<\/strong> Certains aliments sont recommand\u00e9s pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer physiquement apr\u00e8s un entra\u00eenement ou une course difficile, d\u2019autres, car ils apportent la bonne quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie avant une s\u00e9ance d\u2019entra\u00eenement, et ainsi de suite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En plus de cela, il existe des aliments que beaucoup de nageurs aiment juste pour le plaisir, et qu\u2019ils consomment peut-\u00eatre au quotidien.<\/strong> Comment ai-je pu n\u2019en s\u00e9lectionner que trois ? Je me suis demand\u00e9 : \u00ab\u2009Si je devais aller m\u2019entra\u00eener sur une \u00eele d\u00e9serte, quels seraient les 3 aliments que je prendrais avec moi ?\u2009\u00bb Ce serait \u00e9videmment une situation un peu surr\u00e9aliste, mais si cela devait m\u2019arriver, je prendrais :<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Des p\u00e2tes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas premier sur la liste pour rien et je pense que beaucoup de gens mettraient les p\u00e2tes en n\u00b0 1. Une belle assiette de p\u00e2tes vous donne une bonne quantit\u00e9 de glucides et l\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 votre entra\u00eenement. Si vous consid\u00e9rez aussi le plaisir qu\u2019apporte une bonne assiette de p\u00e2tes, vous comprendrez s\u00fbrement pourquoi c\u2019est mon choix num\u00e9ro un.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Du caf\u00e9<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu du fait que je suis sur cette \u00eele d\u00e9serte au d\u00e9part pour m\u2019entra\u00eener et consid\u00e9rant que j\u2019ai toujours pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 le faire t\u00f4t le matin, une chose est n\u00e9cessaire : le caf\u00e9. Je commence toujours ma journ\u00e9e en buvant une tasse de caf\u00e9. J\u2019observe le m\u00eame rituel si je m\u2019entra\u00eene l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi : \u00e7a commence toujours par un caf\u00e9. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la caf\u00e9ine la rendent tr\u00e8s bonne pour activer le corps, \u00e0 condition de ne pas en abuser.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Des oranges<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce troisi\u00e8me choix est peut-\u00eatre un peu plus inhabituel. Les fruits (et les l\u00e9gumes) ont toujours constitu\u00e9 une partie importante de mon alimentation. Une forte dose de vitamines rend un organisme efficace.
