En brasse, l&rsquo;une des choses les plus importantes \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer est le mouvement de vos jambes.<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici un exercice que vous pourrez int\u00e9grer \u00e0 votre entra\u00eenement : <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Prenez une planche et placez vos bras dessus.<\/strong> Effectuez un coup de pied de brasse aussi vite que possible, en essayant de garder vos genoux aussi proches que possible. Ex\u00e9cutez ce mouvement le plus vite possible pendant environ 10 secondes, puis beaucoup plus lentements pendant 20 \u00e0 30 secondes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essayez de contr\u00f4ler la position de vos pieds ainsi que de vos genoux en les tirant vers vos tibias avec un angle de 90 \u00b0, en les poussant vers le bas et l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re sans laisser vos talons sortir de l&rsquo;eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>2.
