Dans cet article, nous allons en d\u00e9couvrir trois autres qui peuvent s\u2019av\u00e9rer utiles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>RYTHME<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essayez d\u2019imaginer que chaque mouvement technique de votre nage est dict\u00e9 par un rythme, cela s\u2019applique aux bras et aux jambes. Respirer des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s est un excellent moyen de d\u00e9velopper un meilleur rythme, ce qui peut \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9 pendant les s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenement. Cela peut aussi aider dans les parties les plus d\u00e9licates d\u2019une course, en particulier lors des courses rapides, notamment \u00e0 l\u2019approche d\u2019un virage ou au moment de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Eessayez :<\/strong> 8x50m de nage libre en respirant tous les 3 mouvements et en essayant de garder le m\u00eame nombre de mouvements tous les 50 m (20 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> \u00c9QUILIBRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est un autre facteur extr\u00eamement important. Respirer des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s vous permet d\u2019entretenir un mouvement de bras plus efficace dans diverses situations, tandis que la respiration d\u2019un seul c\u00f4t\u00e9 a tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer votre corps, en particulier lorsque vous \u00eates fatigu\u00e9. Respirer les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s vous permet m\u00eame de contr\u00f4ler le roulis de vos \u00e9paules et de rester plus sym\u00e9trique pendant la phase d\u2019appui.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Essayez :<\/strong> nage libre avec r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sous l\u2019eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est un excellent exercice pour apprendre \u00e0 faire pivoter vos \u00e9paules correctement tout en respirant des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commencez avec les bras \u00e9tendus devant vous et la t\u00eate sous l\u2019eau. Commencez \u00e0 nager tr\u00e8s lentement avec un seul bras, en pliant le coude et en faisant passer votre main juste sous votre ventre pour finir le mouvement en exploitant au mieux la phase d\u2019appui. Allongez le bras devant vous, puis tirez-le dans l\u2019eau en faisant attention \u00e0 l\u2019angle de votre mouvement. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez ce mouvement en utilisant l\u2019autre bras et en respirant de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> TECHNIQUE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne pas confondre la respiration des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s avec les exercices techniques. Respirer des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s n\u2019est pas un exercice pour travailler votre technique, mais peut aider \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9liorer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous avons vu comment dans le deuxi\u00e8me point : en r\u00e9duisant la rotation de votre corps, en permettant \u00e0 vos mains d\u2019entrer plus efficacement dans l\u2019eau et en ayant ainsi un mouvement de bras plus efficace<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Essayez :<\/strong> 8 x 25 m avec un bras tendu vers l\u2019avant et en ne bougeant que l\u2019autre bras, tout en vous assurant que votre t\u00eate ne tourne pas.
