Au d\u00e9but du mouvement de bras, la paume de votre main doit \u00eatre tourn\u00e9e vers le bas et vos poignets doivent se trouver plus haut que vos doigts.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment\u00a0on\u00a0fait\u00a0\u00e7a\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Commencez la phase d\u2019appui avec le coude haut<\/strong>, puis tirez vers le bas avec l\u2019avant-bras. Lorsque votre main passe sous votre \u00e9paule, votre t\u00eate doit commencer \u00e0 tourner pour que vous puissiez respirer correctement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poursuivez\u00a0la\u00a0phase\u00a0de\u00a0traction<\/strong> en maintenant votre corps dans la bonne position et en vous assurant que votre main et votre bras soient sous votre corps et non \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de lui. Essayez d\u2019attraper autant d\u2019eau que possible avec votre avant-bras.
