Vous trouverez ci-dessous quelques-unes de ses r\u00e9flexions.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tablissez un lien entre votre entrainement et vos objectifs.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Lors de l\u2019entrainement, il est facile de se contenter de r\u00e9aliser des mouvements sans r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir.<\/strong> Mais cela ne va probablement pas aboutir \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances d\u2019entrainement de qualit\u00e9 et ne va <em>certainement<\/em> pas aider \u00e0 la motivation du sportif. Il est donc important de comprendre comment votre entrainement est li\u00e9 \u00e0 un objectif que vous vous \u00eates fix\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disons que votre objectif pendant la pand\u00e9mie consiste \u00e0 rester actif et \u00e0 maintenir une forme physique.<\/strong> Dans ce cas, la plupart des m\u00e9thodes de fitness feront l\u2019affaire. Vous avez toute latitude pour \u00eatre cr\u00e9atif et trouver des activit\u00e9s qui vous plaisent et qui feront monter votre rythme cardiaque.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si vous avez au contraire d\u00e9cid\u00e9 (en coop\u00e9ration avec votre entraineur) de viser un niveau de forme physique \u00e9lev\u00e9 durant le confinement<\/strong>, votre entrainement \u00e0 distance devra \u00eatre plus rigoureux. Lorsque vous vous fixez d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment un objectif ou un programme, \u00e7a vous permet de sentir que c\u2019est quelque chose qui est \u00e0 votre port\u00e9e et que vous ma\u00eetrisez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La comp\u00e9tence c\u2019est avoir l\u2019impression que l\u2019entrainement vous fait relever un challenge optimal.<\/strong> Vous sortez ainsi de votre zone de confort, mais pas au point de vous sentir incapable de r\u00e9ussir. Il est essentiel de vous fixer des objectifs qui se trouvent dans un juste \u00e9quilibre entre trop facile et trop difficile pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 votre sentiment de comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La connexion c\u2019est notre d\u00e9sir d\u2019\u00e9tablir des liens avec les autres.<\/strong> Entourez-vous d\u2019autres gens (m\u00eame virtuellement\u2009!) qui ont des objectifs similaires. Cela va vous permettre de cr\u00e9er des liens interpersonnels forts et de l\u2019unit\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<h3>Fixez-vous des objectifs qui sont mesurables et \u00e0 votre port\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p><strong>L\u2019envie d\u2019avancer, ou la volont\u00e9 de se concentrer sur le progr\u00e8s par \u00e9tapes<\/strong> et de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ce progr\u00e8s est cruciale en ces temps incertains. Fixez-vous des objectifs qui comportent des param\u00e8tres tangibles pour mesurer le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les objectifs chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9s (par exemple un kilom\u00e8tre chrono) ou les exercices progressifs<\/strong> (faire une pompe de plus chaque jour jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre un objectif pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9) sont de bons moyens pour vous donner des jalons \u00e0 d\u00e9passer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ces objectifs mesurables doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e0 votre port\u00e9e.<\/strong> Par exemple, disons qu\u2019avant la pand\u00e9mie votre objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019avoir plus de puissance lors des plongeons et des virages. Ceci n\u00e9cessite de s\u2019appuyer contre un mur (un point de d\u00e9part solide).\u00a0Sauter du sol sera donc une comp\u00e9tence facilement transf\u00e9rable.
