{"id":85380,"date":"2021-03-26T13:00:10","date_gmt":"2021-03-26T12:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/?p=85380"},"modified":"2021-03-24T17:15:10","modified_gmt":"2021-03-24T16:15:10","slug":"comment-ameliorer-votre-technique-de-respiration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/fr\/entrainement-hors-de-leau\/comment-ameliorer-votre-technique-de-respiration\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment am\u00e9liorer votre technique de respiration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans nos conseils d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement pour la natation sous-marine, nous avons vu \u00e0 quelle point il \u00e9tait important d&rsquo;effectuer des mouvements techniques rapides avec un apport r\u00e9duit en oxyg\u00e8ne ou sans oxyg\u00e8ne du tout, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire dans un \u00e9tat <strong>hypoxique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Nous allons maintenant nous concentrer sur la respiration et sur la fa\u00e7on dont une bonne technique respiratoire peut affecter et am\u00e9liorer notre nage et m\u00eame notre vie quotidienne.<\/h2>\n<p>Les techniques de respiration contribuent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la concentration et la sant\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, puisque nous pouvons utiliser notre respiration pour apprendre \u00e0 mieux contr\u00f4ler nos \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels, y compris ceux qui pourraient provoquer du stress ou de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Examinons donc de plus pr\u00e8s le facteur le plus important de la respiration : le diaphragme<\/strong> ou, en d&rsquo;autres termes, le muscle qui s\u00e9pare la cavit\u00e9 thoracique de la cavit\u00e9 abdominale. Comme tous les autres muscles, il doit \u00eatre entra\u00een\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer son \u00e9lasticit\u00e9, ce qui nous permet d&rsquo;aspirer plus d&rsquo;air dans nos poumons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La respiration diaphragmatique s&rsquo;av\u00e8re vitale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Regardons un exercice simple pour ce type de respiration que vous pouvez effectuer quand vous le souhaitez.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Asseyez-vous sur le bord de votre chaise avec le dos droit, les \u00e9paules \u00e9cart\u00e9es et les omoplates tir\u00e9es vers le bas, les jambes fermement pos\u00e9es sur le sol et non crois\u00e9es.<\/strong> Placez une main sur votre poitrine et l&rsquo;autre sur votre ventre, inspirez par le nez et \u00e9tendez votre ventre tout en gardant votre poitrine immobile, puis expirez par la bouche, en d\u00e9tendant votre ventre doucement comme si vous soupiriez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;utilisation des deux mains vous permet de mieux sentir le mouvement et de v\u00e9rifier que vous respirez de la bonne fa\u00e7on.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Une fois que vous avez ma\u00eetris\u00e9 la technique de respiration correcte<\/strong>, vous pouvez l&rsquo;utiliser pour apprendre \u00e0 coordonner votre respiration avec votre <strong>rythme cardiaque.<\/strong> Ralentir notre rythme cardiaque peut nous aider \u00e0 mieux performer et \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer plus rapidement.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-85361 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/piccola.jpg\" alt=\"Comment am\u00e9liorer votre technique de respiration\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/piccola.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/piccola-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/piccola-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essayez d&rsquo;effectuer cet exercice en silence tout en vous concentrant sur votre respiration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez votre rythme cardiaque \u00e0 partir de votre poignet ou de votre cou.<\/p>\n<p>Inspirez par le nez pendant 3 battements, puis expirez pendant 6 battements. Faites cet exercice pendant au moins une minute. Avec un peu de patience et de pratique, vous constaterez que vous pouvez r\u00e9ellement ralentir votre rythme cardiaque.<\/p>\n<h3>Respirer est la chose la plus simple et la plus naturelle que nous fassions, mais \u00e0 l&rsquo;effort, cela demande de la coordination et de la vigilance.<\/h3>\n<p>Un entra\u00eenement cibl\u00e9 des muscles utilis\u00e9s pour la respiration vous permettra de vous fatiguer moins rapidement et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer plus rapidement.<\/p>\n<p>Enlever les contraintes respiratoires de l&rsquo;\u00e9quation signifie amener votre performance \u00e0 sa v\u00e9ritable limite : les limites des muscles sp\u00e9cifiques impliqu\u00e9s dans le sport.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cates-vous pr\u00eat ?
