Plus t\u00f4t vous surmonterez votre peur, plus pr\u00e9cise sera votre pr\u00e9paration et meilleures seront vos performances lors des courses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 ne pas \u00e9viter ce dont vous avez peur, et de faire face \u00e0 vos peurs.<\/strong>\u00a0Un conseil pr\u00e9cieux c\u2019est de \u00ab simuler et d\u2019isoler \u00bb, cela peut tout rendre moins stressant.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travaillez sur votre technique de nage, isolez le probl\u00e8me et simulez ce qui pourrait arriver lors d\u2019une course. Respirez de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 est extr\u00eamement important en eau libre, apprenez donc \u00e0 compter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3. Comme nous le savons tous, trois est le nombre parfait. Respirer \u00e0 chaque mouvement vous d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrera, alors que respirer tous les 5 ou 7 mouvements peut \u00eatre compliqu\u00e9 si vous \u00eates un nageur inexp\u00e9riment\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incorporez toujours des exercices de respiration dans vos s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenement, par exemple 6\/8 x 50 m de nage libre en respirant tous les 3 mouvements pendant les premiers 25 m, puis tous les 5 mouvements pendant les 25 m restants avec 20 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les signaux provenant de votre cerveau.<\/strong>\u00a0Notre cerveau a un c\u00f4t\u00e9 irrationnel, parano\u00efaque et extr\u00eamement \u00e9motionnel qui pense de fa\u00e7on catastrophique. C\u2019est l\u2019une des parties les plus anciennes du cerveau, et c\u2019est la source de la r\u00e9ponse : la lutte ou la fuite, et aussi la source de tous nos instincts, motivations et plaisirs. L\u2019\u00e9volution lui a donn\u00e9 des pouvoirs incroyables, comme la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019appr\u00e9hender et de traiter l\u2019information beaucoup plus rapidement que le reste de notre cerveau ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019avertir le cerveau rationnel afin de le forcer \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir plus rapidement quand notre vie est en danger.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Donner libre cours \u00e0 votre \u00ab ego irrationnel \u00bb pendant quelques minutes peut \u00eatre une bonne tactique. Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes, il va se calmer et la partie rationnelle va reprendre le contr\u00f4le. Apr\u00e8s tout, vous participez seulement \u00e0 une course de triathlon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 utiliser l\u2019image mentale et \u00e0 se parler \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame.<\/strong>\u00a0Apr\u00e8s avoir repris le contr\u00f4le de votre cerveau, faites usage des \u00ab faits \u00bb et de la \u00ab logique \u00bb.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parlez-vous \u00e0 vous-m\u00eame et \u00e0 utilisez deux techniques: 1. reconnaissez que \u00ab Je me suis bien entrain\u00e9 \u00bb ; \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 maintenir le bon rythme dans l\u2019eau\u00a0\u00bb ; \u00ab rien dans la course ne peut me surprendre \u00bb. 2. utilisez la logique dans votre approche de la course, par exemple, lorsque vous choisissez votre tactique de course ou en s\u00e9lectionnant le bon rythme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et \u00e0 trouver un moyen de surmonter les difficult\u00e9s qui pourraient surgir.<\/strong>\u00a0La pr\u00e9paration est indispensable, donc entrainez-vous pour vous assurer que vous \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 nager l\u2019\u00e9tape au meilleur de vos capacit\u00e9s. L\u2019entrainement qui ne serait pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 votre objectif aura un effet en cascade sur votre pr\u00e9paration physique, mentale et votre motivation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrainez-vous principalement dans la piscine, parce que recr\u00e9er les conditions de la nage en eau libre est presque impossible. Apprenez \u00e0 changer de rythme et \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 des rythmes plus rapides. Cela vous aidera lorsque vous nagerez au sein d\u2019un groupe.
