Peut-\u00eatre que vous vous \u00e9tiez bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour la course, que vous vous sentiez bien et que la course s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans d\u2019excellentes conditions. Mais au d\u00e9part vous vous \u00eates retrouv\u00e9 pris au pi\u00e8ge dans le groupe,<strong> sans pouvoir \u00e9viter les bras et jambes qui s\u2019agitaient<\/strong>, malgr\u00e9 votre rythme plus rapide que celui de bien d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultat :<\/strong>\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9cart entre vous et les nageurs plus rapides est rapidement devenu irrattrapable et malgr\u00e9 une bonne course, vos performances vous ont d\u00e9\u00e7u.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce qui arrive parfois lorsque vous devez g\u00e9rer les diff\u00e9rentes situations qui surviennent dans l\u2019environnement particulier d\u2019une course en eau libre.<\/p>\n<p>Nager au milieu d\u2019un grand groupe avec tous ces bras et jambes qui s\u2019agitent <strong>est une exp\u00e9rience relativement inhabituelle pour de nombreux athl\u00e8tes<\/strong>, il est en effet difficile de reproduire ces conditions dans une piscine. Mais n\u2019oubliez pas que beaucoup de ces athl\u00e8tes sont des nageurs d\u2019eau libre \u00ab professionnels \u00bb, ayant beaucoup d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, qui peuvent nager \u00e0 un rythme tr\u00e8s rapide.<\/p>\n<p>Il sera plus facile de vous d\u00e9placer dans le sillage du groupe, vous aurez moins de nageurs autour de vous et vous pourrez mieux nager. Bien s\u00fbr, vous nagerez plus de distance que le peloton de t\u00eate, mais nager dans de meilleures conditions permet souvent de nager plus vite.<\/p>\n<h3>Soyez malin en utilisant votre tactique de course<\/h3>\n<p>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer pendant la course pour rattraper les autres nageurs consomme beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Nager dans un groupe \u00e0 un rythme confortable en profitant du sillage vous permettra d\u2019\u00e9conomiser de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. Cela signifie que vous devez \u00e9tudier attentivement votre tactique de course.<\/p>\n<h3>Si vous voulez vraiment attaquer la course, le bon moment pour le faire, c\u2019est au d\u00e9but<\/h3>\n<p>Vous utiliserez de l\u2019\u00e9nergie suppl\u00e9mentaire, mais \u00e7a vous permettra d\u2019atteindre une excellente position dans le groupe.
