Cela signifie que planifier votre entra\u00eenement de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e, en s\u2019assurant que vos muscles ont le temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et de se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer, est fondamental. Un autre facteur de risque qui semble augmenter la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019avoir des crampes est la chaleur. La solution la plus simple pour maintenir le bon \u00e9quilibre des liquides dans le corps est de s\u2019assurer que vous buvez avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s l\u2019entra\u00eenement,<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0<b>Ajoutez du sel.\u00a0<\/b>Boire de l\u2019eau peut ne pas suffire \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les crampes. Il est fondamental de consommer \u00e9galement des \u00e9lectrolytes, qui sont fondamentaux dans le contr\u00f4le des fluides dans et hors des cellules. L\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte le plus commun dans notre corps est le sodium. Pendant l\u2019exercice physique, l\u2019eau et le sodium sont dispers\u00e9s par la sueur. Si la quantit\u00e9 de sodium dans votre sang diminue beaucoup, vous risquez d\u2019avoir des crampes.
