Quel que soit le temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entrainement et la qualit\u00e9 de cet entrainement, si un nageur a des d\u00e9fauts dans sa technique, il n\u2019atteindra jamais les r\u00e9sultats qu\u2019il esp\u00e8re. Cela s\u2019applique \u00e0 toutes les cat\u00e9gories de nageurs, aussi bien aux amateurs, aux professionnels, qu\u2019aux triathl\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p>Nous savons tous qu\u2019il existe une tendance \u00e0 minimiser l\u2019importance de l\u2019entrainement \u00e0 la natation, car \u00e7a demande une attention particuli\u00e8re, un d\u00e9vouement et du temps. C\u2019est du temps qui pourrait \u00eatre pass\u00e9 sur le v\u00e9lo ou \u00e0 courir. Mais n\u2019oubliez pas : vous ne pouvez pas juste ignorer la natation !<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet article, nous allons vous donner des conseils pour utiliser nos outils au mieux afin de vous aider \u00e0 vous am\u00e9liorer et \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 mieux nager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pull kick<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plupart des triathl\u00e8tes s\u2019appuient sur la propulsion par les bras. L\u2019utilisation du Pull kick peut donc vous aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer vos mouvements de bras, en isolant l\u2019action de ces derniers et en soulevant vos hanches pour faciliter le mouvement des \u00e9paules pendant la phase d\u2019appui. Mais ce n\u2019est pas tout. Le Pull kick aide \u00e0 nager sym\u00e9triquement, ce qui permet d\u2019adopter une position optimale pendant la phase de traction.<\/p>\n<p>Pour am\u00e9liorer la position de vos \u00e9paules, placez le Pull kick entre vos genoux et imaginez que vous devez maintenir votre poitrine dans un rectangle imaginaire. Mais le fait est que cet outil d\u2019une importance vitale est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ce tuba peut vraiment vous aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre technique et, avant tout, \u00e0 vous emp\u00eacher de mal placer votre t\u00eate et votre dos, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019il emp\u00eache un mauvais alignement du corps dans l\u2019eau. Un tuba aide \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre position, la rendant aussi horizontale que possible.\u00a0<strong>Plus vous \u00eates \u00e0 horizontale, plus vos mouvements de nage seront efficaces.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si vous voulez vous am\u00e9liorer, pratiquez la nage libre en utilisant un seul bras :\u00a0 2 mouvements bras droit &#8211; 2 mouvements bras gauche. Alternez en faisant deux mouvements avec chaque bras. Le bras que vous n\u2019utilisez pas doit \u00eatre \u00ab\u2009coll\u00e9\u2009\u00bb le long de votre corps.
