Cela ne signifie pas toujours s\u2019entrainer \u00e0 rythme de course, mais plut\u00f4t s\u2019entrainer d\u2019une mani\u00e8re qui simule ce qui se passe dans une course. En d\u2019autres termes, dans la mesure du possible commencez par l\u2019entrainement de natation, puis enchainez par le v\u00e9lo, puis terminez par la course \u00e0 pied. Cela vous permettra d\u2019utiliser l\u2019\u00e9nergie que vous avez accumul\u00e9e au petit d\u00e9jeuner et \u00e0 la collation du milieu de matin\u00e9e, et de laisser votre s\u00e9ance de natation pour la fin de la journ\u00e9e en la traitant comme de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration active.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le but dans ce cas particulier est de faire un entrainement de qualit\u00e9 et de g\u00e9rer votre repos, ce n\u2019est donc pas grave si cette s\u00e9ance ne respecte pas le crit\u00e8re de sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9. N\u2019oubliez pas que vous avez diff\u00e9rents objectifs dans votre emploi du temps hebdomadaire qui doivent tous \u00eatre accomplis afin de donner le meilleur de vous m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, \u00e9tudiez soigneusement votre plan. Tous les sportifs non professionnels ont des centaines d\u2019autres obligations tout au long de la semaine qui n\u2019ont rien \u00e0 voir avec l\u2019entrainement au triathlon. Cela signifie pr\u00e9voir vos s\u00e9ances d\u2019entrainement soit t\u00f4t le matin, soit tard dans la soir\u00e9e.
