L\u2019\u00e9preuve de course \u00e0 pied arrive au moment o\u00f9 notre organisme est fatigu\u00e9 et que nous souffrons d\u2019un manque de glycog\u00e8ne. Nous allons voir comment surmonter cette fatigue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exercices et des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019entrainement.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, contrairement au cyclisme o\u00f9 on utilise principalement la partie avant et la partie sup\u00e9rieure des jambes, lors de la course, la plupart de l\u2019\u00e9lan provient de la r\u00e9gion arri\u00e8re et du bas des jambes.<\/p>\n<p>Les muscles plantaires sont les plus utilis\u00e9s lors de la course\u00a0: leur force \u00e9lastique permet de courir plus efficacement. Nos pieds sont relativement inactifs sur le v\u00e9lo et apr\u00e8s plus d\u2019une heure d\u2019effort, ils perdent une partie de la sensibilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour fournir la bonne impulsion.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques exercices visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper vos capacit\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Sauts z\u00e9ro impact\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0tenez-vous avec vos mains d\u00e9tendues le long du corps et faites de petits sauts en n\u2019utilisant que vos pieds et vos muscles des mollets (de petits sauts avec le moins d\u2019impact possible sur le sol)\u2009;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Sauts sur bo\u00eete\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0d\u00e9marrez debout devant une marche (une bo\u00eete) qui fait plus ou moins 30\u00a0cm de haut (augmentez la hauteur de 10\u00a0cm toutes les deux semaines) et sautez avec les deux jambes, en partant avec les genoux l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pli\u00e9s et en veillant \u00e0 atterrir en douceur. Effectuez cet exercice de fa\u00e7on explosive avec 5 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration entre chaque saut. Faites 3 s\u00e9ries de 8\/10 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions (r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d\u2019une minute entre les s\u00e9ries)\u2009;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Sauts pliom\u00e9triques\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0tenez-vous debout sur un banc de 40\u00a0cm de haut, ou sur une marche, puis laissez-vous tomber au sol sans pousser vers le haut ou vers l\u2019avant, faites un sprint de 5 secondes d\u00e8s que vous touchez le sol\u2009;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Bonds\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0courez avec votre buste bien droit, en faisant des bonds et en vous assurant que vous levez bien vos genoux vers votre poitrine \u00e0 chaque bond.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois ces exercices termin\u00e9s, courez sur une faible distance (environ 1\u00a0km) \u00e0 un rythme de course, afin d\u2019habituer vos jambes \u00e0 ce rythme m\u00eame lorsqu\u2019elles sont fatigu\u00e9es (r\u00e9p\u00e9tez cet exercice 4\/5 fois au cours de la session, en alternance avec une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration active).<\/p>\n<p>Courir est quelque chose de naturel, mais courir avec une bonne technique est plus compliqu\u00e9\u00a0; cependant, cela permet d\u2019accro\u00eetre son efficacit\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on incroyable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00eame si la course \u00e0 pied semble \u00eatre l\u2019\u00e9preuve la moins redout\u00e9e par les triathl\u00e8tes inexp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, elle reste la partie la plus fatigante d\u2019une course.
