Cela inclut la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une routine d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement quotidienne qui s&rsquo;inscrive parfaitement dans votre vie, \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar du sommeil et de l&rsquo;alimentation.<\/p>\n<h2>Une routine d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement vous aidera \u00e0 devenir un meilleur athl\u00e8te.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>La routine peut cependant \u00eatre une arme \u00e0 double tranchant.<\/strong> Comme toute activit\u00e9 qui devient \u00ab\u00a0automatique\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 force d&rsquo;\u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9e, nous pouvons finir par commettre certaines erreurs qu&rsquo;il vaudrait mieux \u00e9viter. Ne pas planifier votre entra\u00eenement.<\/h3>\n<p>Planifier est le point d&rsquo;orgue d&rsquo;une saison d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. Faire l&rsquo;impasse sur un \u00e9chauffement ad\u00e9quat.<\/h3>\n<p>Nous pensons souvent que l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement de fond n\u00e9cessite moins d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement que d&rsquo;autres types d&rsquo;exercices. Nous ne pourrions pas \u00eatre plus dans l&rsquo;erreur. <strong>C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce que l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement de fond sollicite les articulations<\/strong> (notamment les \u00e9paules) et les muscles plus longtemps qu&rsquo;<strong>il est bon de faire un \u00e9chauffement appropri\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;id\u00e9al est de faire une s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e0 sec avant la baignade<\/strong> (par exemple, utiliser des bandes de r\u00e9sistance pour les \u00e9paules, faire des prises statiques pour le tronc, des exercices de proprioception) suivie d&rsquo;un \u00e9chauffement dans la piscine. L&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e9tant difficile, il est fortement conseill\u00e9 de <strong>s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffer pendant au moins 20 \u00e0 30 minutes dans l&rsquo;eau<\/strong> avant de commencer la s\u00e9rie principale.<\/p>\n<h3>3.
